Very sweet man. Quoted me $80 to fix the back glass on my iPhone 15 Pro and said it would take 45 minutes, which was much better than anywhere else I looked. He was open on the weekend and also gave us several open time frames to choose from. We left my phone and when we came back about an hour, possibly longer than an hour later, it wasn't quite ready. It took about another 20 to 25 minutes, so probably around two hours total time, which was the only downside as he had quoted us 45 minutes and we had another appointment afterwards that we were a little bit late too. I've already recommended him to other people and I would go back again. Just keep in mind that he accepts walk-ins so even if you pick a time slot, there could be somebody before you which may affect your time. read more

The business owner at El Amir did a beyond fantastic job. I had originally believed I needed a new lighting port replacement for my iPhone 12 Pro, which I had tried cleaning several times on my own. I thought that because I had a wired CarPlay that this damaged the port. So he had quoted my a lower price of $80x Upon arriving, he checked the phone and said it was just a dirty port. He quoted $25 for the cleaning, He took a little while but removed all kinds of dirt from my port. Repeatedly using the air gun and fine tweezers to pull out all the dirt and knock it into the waste. Then he said to let the phone sit for a while and charge plugged in. He also tested the viability of the connection by pulling on the cord and it still remained charging. Amazing service and detail.
