During my visit, I was charged $75.42 for a replacement battery that appeared to come from an old phone retrieved from a small trash bin behind the counter. These guys are scammers. They will take your passwords from your phone and get into your banking apps. They tried to with mine but my bank alerted me. They also put in a $10 screen with no face recognition. They charged me to replace both front and back screen but only replaced the front. I have gone to many phone and iPad replacements over the years and have never had an issue before now. Do not trust the 4 stars they are most likely from fake accounts, giving fake ratings. I needed a iPhone SE battery replacement and also a charging port replacement. I refuse to pay for a new $599 IPhone SE when my current IPhone works just fine. Mason the repair person was awesome replacing my battery and also replacing my charging port for under $100. The only caution I will share to others replacing your cell phone battery is that original Apple batteries are preferred to work accurately with your IPhone. The battery I got was a third party battery which works fine but will not be calibrated with the iPhone. It shows 91% fully charged but the battery health is 100%. A couple times now I've come to this store and they fixed or helped me fix my phone on the spot and charged me nothing. Today my phone said SOS where the bars should be and wouldn't let me make a call. He tried a couple things and got it working for an hour (no charge) but then it did the same thing. I brought it back and after examining he said I should take it to the AT&T store across the street and ask for an eSIM. I did and it works perfectly again. They diagnosed my phone twice for free and ultimately referred me to another store without asking for a dime. And the other store was able to fix it also for free. I've came to iRepair about a little over a year ago before covid to get an estimate for my mini iPad. It had a cracked and LCD screen. They gave me an estimate about almost $ 100 from what i recall.
