I went to the website to order a product and a popup comes up on the lower left of the screen which says "Subscribe now and SAVE 6% OFF YOUR ORDER plus a 10% off Anniversary offer" I called the company after applying the code they had e-mailed me and it is only a 6% offer and she said I assumed that is what it says. I explained it says plus 10% off. She said that it refers too an anniversary an event like something that is in the future. I explained that this is not what it says and reiterated what it says and she once again stated "I am assuming that is what it says" yet it is clear as to what it says, if it was different then it would explain the terms of the offer more clearly which it does not. Again she said I am assuming this is what it says and it is not an additional 10% off this purchase but 10% off on the anniversary of this purchase, again it does not say this! If you look at the picture of the response to my review you can see that she refers to details as to the offer yet you can clearly see the offer and there are no additional details as she claims and this goes for the offer e-mail as well. Update: As you can see in the follow up response Barbara is clearly attempting to discredit me by saying I wanted an additional 16% off when she clearly had not understood all I wanted was the original 16% indicated in the popup on the website and provided below. Again the popup does not state any details as to the offer and only says Subscribe now and save 6% off your order plus a10% off anniversary offer. Generally on any website offer there is a link for offer details which this does not have so I ask you how are customers to know anything about receiving a code a year from their purchase if there is no details listed? As for my return shipping request, if for some reason the wrong item was shipped would you cover the delivery & return shipping? Better be sure about what you are purchasing. If you do not like the quality after opening, i.e. men's nightshirt, you CANNOT return it. This makes a $50.00 lesson learned. Very disappointed with the customer service provided by CWI Medical. I initially ordered a set of Proteinex orange flavor bottles on February 20, 2020. Nowhere on their website did it mention that they were sold out of the orange flavor. My credit card had a pending charge of $162 for that order and 3 days later I receive an email stating that they are out of the orange flavor and they don't have an anticipated date when it will be available again. I contacted CWI Medical to inform them that my card was already charged $162 and needed to know when the orange flavor will be in stock since it was my desired flavor. The representative mentioned they don't know when but offered me a different flavor that I will enjoy. I got persuaded on ordering the lemon flavor since the representative mentioned it had a great lemon flavor and would be delivered rapidly considering that I needed to take additional protein due to medical reasons. The representative allowed my order to be modified in order to receive the lemon flavor as oppose to the desired orange flavor. Once I received the Proteinex lemon lime flavor, I noticed the bottle had a crystal like material surrounding the cap which seemed very odd. When I tried the Proteinex, it did not taste nothing like lemon as advertised. Furthermore, the taste was so awful that I literally gagged and was about to vomit. I don't understand why a representative would be so inclined to sell a product that probably they knew would not taste as advertised. This type of business practice of misleading a customer should not be allowed especially in a medical field industry. CWI Medical should evaluate their products to ensure the quality is good and does not contain any foreign objects or debris such as the crystalized substance material surrounding the inside of my bottle cap. The product could have possibly been contaminated with the crystalized substance that was inside the bottle cap. It is evident that this product did not go through a proper quality control process. This company should be honest with their customers and inform them if a flavor is not similar to what is advertised or if the item is not considered a top rating/selling product. Lastly, I have contacted CWI Medical to address my concern on March 2nd and was directed to leave a voicemail to a male supervisor in order to receive a call back from him since he was not available that day. Two days later, I call back and ask for a supervisor and once again I am told their isn't any supervisors but she will rely the message to return my call once they come back from their lunch break. Once again, I did not get a call back from a supervisor or anyone from CWI Medical. Completley upset with their lack of customer service. Not even the slight courtesy to return a customer's call to address any concern or issues they might have. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Excellent company for all your adult diaper needs. I don't have any Incontinence issues but there are many other uses for them like long trips in the car, on a bus or on a train. CWI responded that the manufacturer was responsible and after a tiff about CWI paying for the return, they finally sent an RMA. Well, no refund was had. Website advertised steam inhaler at $9.95. When ordered I received a confirmation for the inhaler with the picture of it. I paid $7.75 for the shipment. What I received was just a mask. The website is very confusing. When I called the company they refused to acknowledge the confusion on the website and declined my request to reimburse the shipment. I am so happy that they are located nearby. You never know from the outside that they would have a wide range of medical supplies and equipment. I originally visited to get Tranquility Adult Briefs and some Nestle's Breeze Boost Beverage for my Dad. But after speaking to them I learned more about the Stryker Evacuation Chair and the Zoll AED Defibrillator to help my employees in case of an emergency. They also have baby diapers and gloves. What really helps is the patience they have with people walking in. Just amazing staff that makes me want to visit on my lunch break, but I don't.
