I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Cyber Nails & Spa in Pembroke Pines was so frustrating that I feel people should know before spending their money here. I paid for a full set expecting professional work, but my polish began chipping just two days after the appointment. That is unacceptable for a brand new set of nails. I went back to have it repaired thinking they would correct the issue and stand behind their service. Unfortunately, the repair chipped again the very next day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I returned to show them what happened, instead of apologizing or fixing it properly, they told me I would have to pay another fee to repair it again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]At that point it became clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Quality nail work should last weeks, not days, and reputable salons fix their mistakes without charging customers repeatedly. If I could give this place a negative zero I would. I have been to some bad nail salons but this one is horrific. I made an appointment based on the pictures that they posted online. However once I got there, with pictures of what I wanted in tow, the nail tech said he couldn't do it I think because I was asking for the price up front. Then they placed me with another nail tech who wanted to charge me 160.00 for a full set with French tips. Then I said ok just give me a overlay on my own nails she said $65.00 I walked out and went somewhere else. The front desk receptionist Nyla (I'm not sure of the correct spelling) was extremely rude. I arrived at 10:30am, and they opened at 10am. I put my name down with the receptionist and I specifically asked her how long it would be. She told me "I can't tell you a time, but there is one person ahead of you". A few minutes later the person ahead of me was called to receive service. Many people came in that had appointments and were serviced which I understood. Then a person came in as a walk in and the receptionist told her 20 minutes, this was after I had been sitting waiting for 30 minutes already. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and she told me another 25 minutes or so. I asked how could I be waiting an hour but someone that just walked in could be serviced in 20 minutes? The receptionist didn't have a response other than "it's just an estimate". I was not called to be serviced until 11:30 an hour after waiting. I did not leave the salon until almost 1:30. 3 hours of my day was wasted here. And they charge you for every little thing. $2 fee for using a card or Apple Pay, $5 for adding a tip to the nail, $5 for shape, $20 for French (ridiculous). If it was appointment only the receptionist should have said that when I asked how long the wait would be. If it was going to be a long wait because there were a lot of appointments booked she also could have mentioned that when I asked how long the wait would be. Respect people's time. You don't know what people have planned and she clearly didn't care at all. There was never any apology for the long wait instead she got defensive. I would never return here and I wouldn't suggest anyone else comes here either. There are so many nail salons on every corner. Go to another one, thats what I should have done instead of waiting and wasting my time. read more

I then was told my nails would be $75 (for my natural nails with no tips, because my natural nails were a bit longer with a round shape). I am visiting from New York and have never paid such prices for dip with no extensions, and I always keep my nails the same length (not extremely long). I requested a medium almond shaped brown tip with white bows on two of each hands fingers and they came out perfect. I got station with Tracey I believe and she advised me the bows don't last very much and added almost a gallon of glue (in a good way!) and I've had these for almost 2-3 weeks now and they are still in tact!
