I don't think the "manager" likes white people. My experience in this store was going much better with the younger guy, till the "manager" tried to step in and sell me Sena products that I had no desire to buy. I was ready to drop $1500 on a helmet and coms system, but he just lost that sale by sending the young guy to the back and then ignoring me or being dismissive with my questions about what came with the helmet. Guess I'm just going to buy from speed addicts. Ive Been in this store several times and was never treated the way this "manager" treated me. Spending $1000+ for a helmet is a big purchase and shouldn't be rushed. He was a completely different salesman with the non white client in the store. We know what the deal is. read more

They don't even follow the return policy . They will deny returns on new items with made up reasons . Don't spend your money here .

Good selection of motorcycle riding gear, basic electrical and mechanical accessories, and security devices. They carry a lot of Bilt products. Store is a little small and cluttered, but they always have great sale items at 40% off or more. If you ride, I definitely recommend checking them out. read more

Service was Excellent got there about 15 mts before the store was about to close and was still shopping when they closed. We were informed that the store would be closing but we could take our time to finishing our shopping; didn't feel rushed or pressured. How "Awesome" is that!!!! As we were checking out, remember the store is closed now 2 other bikers pulled up and they opened the store back up again.......Talk about Exceptional customer service. So though I want to give a 5 Star rating because they honestly deserve it. I had to keep the one star but only because I need to see a little bit more love towards the lady riders. I did speak with them about it and was told that this an area of focus for them and it is being addressed. The later half of this review pertains to my customer experience about 6 months ago, however I walked in the store today & even though the manager was not able to help with my situation as I expected, the attitude and respect I was given was so positive I just really appreciate the way i feel when dealing with this location! The owner here truly understands customer service, he just gets it! Ordered a front Michelin Road 5 online and had it shipped to this store location, I was quoted a 2 hour wait time for mount & balancing. The owner of the store kindly decided to clear his desk and take care of me ASAP! I was in and out in under an hour! Exceptional customer service. Great attitude & superb willingness to cater to customer needs. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Won't be visiting anywhere else. Period. I did a return here. I bought some stuff at home in Delaware but realized that I wouldn't make it back before the 30 day return window. Friendly staff and a good selection. They had some nice clearance stuff but I managed to fight temptation. It is in a very convenient location and I will come back if I am in the area. read more

Good selection of gear from boots to helmets to gloves and jackets. One guy working the counter helping out a customer with something. Lots of gloves, blit gloves with a few Fox and Alpinestars gloves. Went looking for a pair M-L but didn't find anything that was good. Maybe you will have better luck than me. The attendant asked if I needed help. I pointed to a motorcycle helmet and said I was interested in this one. The attendant immediately reprimanded me for insinuating that I wanted to buy a open-face helmet, informing me that people die on motor cycles and mopeds when riding even 5 miles an hour down the road, and an open face helmet will ensure my death. I asked him why they would sell such a dangerous helmet here, and he responded by calling me a "smartass" and asking me to leave. The only conclusion is that they are either huge hypocrites for selling helmets that they actively protest, or they do a horrible job on upselling by the means of shaming you. read more

Easy to find, plenty of parking in the Goodwill parking lot. Place is packed with gear, but we were there for a youth sized, off-road, dirt bike helmet, and selection was meager in that size. They didn't have that type of helmet at all, so we settled for the only helmet in the place that fit him and had a face shield. It was fairly priced, and does the job. Seems like they have a nice selection of riding clothes. read more
