Wouldn't recommend buying a new Harley here. Despite having a "2 year" parts warranty they seem to have any excuse not to fix parts that get loose on the bikes. Bought a 2023 Nightster special 0 miles. 1 year later break lights started to get loose. To the point where it now is dangling from just cables. I brought in the bike to see if they could help me, they told me that the cost to repair is $270. I tried to use the "warranty" they tried to sell me when I initially got the bike. They declined due to my hand break lever being bent. Hand break lever is not relevant to break light coming loose. They told me to try a different dealership maybe they can help. Keep in mind they're advising to drive it off their store illegally since the break light held together the drivers plate. To add insult to injury. The person at the service desk started making accusations that the bike was dropped due to the hand break lever being bent. I have never dropped the bike. It would have been more obvious if it was dropped. So come on in if you want to be accused of dropping your bike for whatever reason. The service people will love to insult your riding skills and deny any claim. read more

All I can say is WOW! Rarely do I come across a "TRUE SELLS PROFESSIONAL" like John Haynes(Sunshine) at Killer Creek! Sells is a noble profession as long as you do not sell folks anything they do not need and are just Honest, looking to serve your client's needs before your own. Unfortunately so many do not do that and give sells a bad rep! But I had one of the best Service experiences ive ever had at KillerCreek! Right away I got a good gut feeling and vibe from John Haynes who sold me my new Harley Tri-Glide. He was super helpful, knowledgable, friendly, non pushy, and just an honest hard working man! Heck he even stayed until 11:00pm at night for me to do the deal, THEN offered and DID follow me home at night because it was a new bike I hadnt rode yet at night! Wow was I impressed! Let me start by saying i have well over 100k miles on motorcycles and I didn't buy my bike here but I can speak of the service department. I made an appointment with service writer josh by phone about 10 days before I was to arrive in town. I am on a road trip with pretty tight timeline and wanted to make sure I wouldn't have any delays and all parts would be in and ready to go. I was not doing a easy oil change I was taking on a full stage 4 build and I had heard this is the place to go because they have a awesome mechanic by the name of Abel. So not only did I want not to have any delays I wanted Abel to make my bike run! My bike was delivered to me on time as promised! And it was super clean munch better than the way I brought it in. This is the way customer service is supposed to feel and I applaud josh and Abel for making this happen!! I will always stop at this place while I'm in town and I bought a lot of shirts for friends and family to support this killer dealership! read more

This dealership is the best at making sure your getting the right motorcycle and accessories. I purchased my 2022 roadglide they got it immediately into service and added my accessories to it. I was in the market for a new bike last year, and stopped by to check out their inventory because I'd been in contact with them by phone. Less than two minutes in the door I was approached by a salesman. I told him I was just checking some bikes and I'd let him know if I had questions or needed anything. Three minutes later I was approached by a second sales guy, I told hm the same thing. This happened two more times with two more salespeople. I left. Unfortunately they had my phone and email and pestered me for weeks afterward. I ended up buying a new Ultra Limited at a different dealership where I was treated with respect. Fast forward to this year, looking to put 12" apes on the bike. The service department was great, ready to install them in a day or two, but the parts department only had the most expensive bars in the market and wanted $50 over retail ($535 with tax). A good set of bars can be had for half that. So KC screwed themselves out of a bike sale by disrespecting a potential customer, and they screwed themselves out of $700-800 parts and labor by their own shortsighted greed. Two stars instead of one because the service guys seemed to be pretty good. read more

Service has declined. I've had to return to have the same issue addressed multiple times and still not resolved. Was told bike would be ready in 2-3 days. Was nearly 2 weeks before it was finished and that was after calling several times to check on status. Service manager was not responsive by phone or email. Arranged to have bike delivered and they brought the wrong bike! read more

DUSTIN IS THE BEST! I don't know about you, but I don't really care for pushy sales people. Dustin at Killer Creek Harley is the EXACT OPPOSITE! He's patient and gives you space to look around without asking you a thousand and one questions. I hadn't been on two wheels in over 20 yrs. He took me out in the parking lot on a small scoot and let me just toodle around their lot on an older model Fat Boy. He understood my insecurity when it came to riding two wheels. I bought my first ever bike from these guys. 2006 XL883C, limited edition paint, forward controls, sissy bar, luggage rack, and detachable windshield. They had the bike posted on their site but had loaned it out to a pawn shop to help generate business for it. When I drove over an hour to see it and they told me this, they said they would have it back on site the next weekend. When I came, test rode, and decide to buy, they knock a couple grand off the price for the inconvenience of me having to come back a second time to see and test ride. Over the 5 years that I had that bike, they did all the work and improvements (V&H exhaust - was another clearance item they gave me for 50% off and dyno tuning) to my bike and I bought all of my accessories (grips, pegs, seat) from here. I would come by on a regular basis to see the staff who sold me my bike and for the Cruise n' Blues events they had. Not to mention check out the showroom and see if I wanted to trade up. Overall, a great shop and crew that I would buy another bike from again. read more

I have to say that this store is consistently great. I bought my Deluxe here and got a very fair deal. A few years ago I fad a flat on a Sunday and they stayed after hours to wait for my bike to be towed in. Had it fixed on Monday and i was done. Most recently I had both of my tires replaced. This place has very friendly staff and the customer service is amazing. I bought my 2nd, 3rd and 4th bike from them and over the past 2 years have gotten to know the staff very well. Kitty is a wonderful young lady who works in clothing and is one of the nicest and most helpful people you will ever meet. Last week when I went in for some parts she came over to the parts counter, knowing I have been looking for a new pair of boots she let me know they had boots on clearance. She knows I have a thing for jackets and knows my size so when a Leather jacket went on clearance she knew I would like held it for me. Gary in the parts department is super knowledgeable and always finds the right part I need and also shows me options that he thinks I might like as well. I have added plenty of mods to my bike based on his recommendations and I love them all. read more

One of their salesmen lies to me to get me to drive two hours to buy a Road King. When I got there, the deal we made over the phone turned into a bunch of bullshit. They wanted $2,500 more. I left without buying the bike and the salesman took pictures off my Facebook and put them on a fake Grindr account with my phone number so I had about 50 guys send me dick pics over the course of a week. I took my Bike here for service. They finished, I paid the bill and rode off. When I got to the end of their driveway to enter the street I engaged the brakes....... And kept on rolling..... No brakes! I returned to service and was told that the brake failure was my expense. Well, I rode from Cumming with full functioning brakes. They refused to fix it unless I paid for it. Again, the brakes were fine when I arrived and only failed after they preformed the service. They never told me that they would fix it using the warranty until I reminded them that the Bike was still warranty protected. I was told that the service would take 2 hrs. Six hrs. later I rode off without brakes. It took another 1/2 hr of needless discussion and silly false explanations before the Brakes were made operational. I complained to Management "upstairs" with "I'll look into it". I received a ingenuous apology - case closed. I have never returned. read more

Had a great experience at Killer Creek the last couple of days dealing with service on my Harley and looking and test riding a couple of new bikes. Service was quick and took care of some needed maintenance I was unaware of. Pat and other service reps were very friendly. I spent a lot of time with Mark baker, the salesman who introduced me to some new bikes. He's a great guy and knowledgeable, giving me lots of information about the pros and cons of the bikes I am considering. The dealerships is well organized with a great inventory of bikes, used and new. Although I did not buy a bike today I am definitely going to buy a bike from Mark in the near future. I am not going to review many places of business that are retail type but this one deserves it. This is THE place to go to buy a Harley if you want a Harley! These people treat you like family not some bozo that is there to get money out of your pocket. They have ride demo's which other companies do not and encourage you to ride until you find what you like. When it's time to "make the deal" if you just tell them where you are at and what you want and can do, they'll try to make it happen. Then after the sale, they care! They call, they are happy to see you when you come in to "murder out your bike" or just to say hi or come to one of their many exciting events. read more

Ted in service and the technicians were awesome. Unbelievable customer service and they seem to stock a lot of parts. I would highly recommend anyone who needs service or a new bike to check out this dealership. I only wish I lived closer to them cuz I would have them working on my bike all the time. They even stayed open 20 minutes late to finish the job instead of making us get a hotel room and wait another day. I was in Atlanta for a business trip and planned to see two (private sale) Harleys from Craigslist. While scanning Craigslist, I saw an ad for a '14 Slim at Killer Creek. The price was on par with a private sale so I was suspicious as to whether the listed price was a mistake. Drove up to Roswell and met Melissa, the Sales Manager! She was truly amazing and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel pressured. Unfortunately, I couldn't get over typical dealer fees (which is why I was looking at a private sale anyway). But, if I ever wanted to purchase from a dealer, and was in the Atlanta area, I would definitely give my business to Melissa at Killer Creek! read more

This place is not reliable, I drop my 1989 Harley with 29,000 miles for regular maintenance, they told me the price was around $400 and that it would not take me more than half a day. 3 days later, after calling every day to see if it was ready, they told me that my battery was exhausted and that the cost was around $ 280. I have not approved the replacement. I picked up my motorcycle after 5 days and they finally charged me $501.60. They give me a big list the supposedly issues with my Harley, I asked for the price for parts and labor and never listened more about them. But told me that will be better to renew it and offer me a trade by $2000. I checked the motorcycle with another mechanic repair shop and they said that my harley don't need all those repairs and if I want to do it the parts don't cost me more than $300! So, No because they are Harley store they are good! be carefully with this store. Plus... my Motorcycle still running with the old battery without any problem! read more

I was looking for a couple of items in the store and the MotorClothes Manager, Chrisoula Frinkley, was super helpful and had some great clearance items. I contacted Killer Creek Service on Monday, May 4th, 2020 at 11am when they opened to schedule my bike for service. I was told that there was no one at the service desk and that they would take a message and call me back. I waited and called back at 11:36am and still not available and was told they would call me. So, at 3:30pm, still no call back so called and spoke with the Sales Mgr, who was the highest ranking person there. He was apologetic and said that they only had a skeleton crew in on Monday, but he said that he would get with service and call back in 5 minutes. An hour later still no call back, so I called again for Sales Mgr and was put on hold for 3 hold cycles and then hung up on! I finally got a call back at 5pm, when they close and bottom line they couldn't care less about the customer. I realize that we are going through some issues with Corona, but just call people back or just tell them to call back tomorrow or engage someone from another department to call back customers and take details to try and expedite the situation. I bought 3 motorcycles at Killer Creek and it has changed a great deal from what it was in the past... I love Harley-Davidson and think it is one of the greatest brands in history, however, customer service is a lost art. It is a sad state of affairs. I regret buying this new bike as at every turn it is disappointing. I left messages for the service manager and general manager as they need to know what is happening at this dealership. read more
