Replaced four tires and TPMS sensors on my MB E350. The installation was less than an hour. Everyone that I dealt with was considerate and helpful. After correcting some installation issues, the new tires seem to ride fine. I definitely recommend this store, however I do have a caution. I had to drive the car a short distance to reset the sensors. That's when I found that the tires were improperly inflated. The tires ranged from 41 psi to 50 psi for the four tires, cold. The maximum pressure allowed on the tires is 51 psi. I stopped and let a lot of air out of the tires to get home since the correct pressure is between 30 and 32psi. Exceeding the max pressure over time would have resulted in sidewall blisters and blow-outs. I recommend that everyone check tire pressures before leaving the store since the technicians aren't doing it. I've since corrected the inflation pressures and reset the TPMS sensors to those numbers. The tires are fine so far. read more

My wife picked up a screw in her tire on a Saturday morning. We called several other tire centers in the area and all of them would require the car to be there until late afternoon/evening. I completely understand Saturday is a busy day and many customers set appointments to get new tires. Unfortunately, you don't normally plan to get a nail/screw in your tire in advance and we really could not afford to wait all day. Discount Tire took in the car with no appointment. They were friendly and kept us updated while waiting for the tire to be plugged. They sent us a text to a website where we could check the status of our car. They fixed it in about an hour and a half and inspected all of our tires. We were also amazed to find out there was absolutely no charge to fix it even though we had never bought any tires there. This is my go to tire place! This is the Roswell location. It's very easy to locate off Roswell Rd. There is a big Discount Tire sign visible from the road right after you pass the shopping center with Trader Joe, Willis, and a few other stores. Jacob helped me out today. I needed some help picking out tires for my Dodge Journey. He gave me a few selections to choose from. He did an amazing job explaining each one and how it would fit my driving needs. This is my 2nd time doing business here. The staff is very informative and helpful. They were super busy today and still maintained a great level of customer service and helpfulness. They did everything they could to accommodate everyone with an appointment me today or later. I value that level of customer service. Added note, they have an awesome program when you buy tires from them. The package is called Certificate for Repair, Refund, or Replace. I got tires and some wheels for 2 cars. 1 of the cars came out looking great right off of the bat- perfect work and a great price. The other car had some damage to all 4 of the OEM wheel around the lip of the rim. They explained that it was caused by a rubber piece that wore down over time on one of their machines. Jacob and his team made the situation right by getting a 3rd party company to pick up my wheel and repair them. In fact, they pretty much bent over backwards to make the situation as convenient as possible for me after the mistake was made. Some road rash from a previous incident was repaired as well at no cost to me, which I really appreciated. I went in for a complete set of tires for my 2013 Honda Pilot. I have to say I was blown away with the quality and value they provided. The professionalism of this operation was impeccable.
