Went to pick up my car around 3pm Monday afternoon and didn't look in the back seat until 5:50pm when I noticed the back seat ripped up with the seat cushion foam all over the seat (like an animal got inside). I immediately reached out to East Cobb Auto and they claim the rip didn't happen on their watch and I must have ripped up the seat in those two hours and brought it back for them to repair. Obviously it happened from Saturday to Monday while in their custody. They claim they do a four door inspection upon completion of work. Obviously that didn't happen either. East Cobb Auto would not cover the seat repair costs I incurred nor did they offer to cover any portion of the repair cost. We have been customers for over 30 years and this was handled very poorly and unprofessionally. Would not recommend leaving your car in their care.

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and the price for repair was very reasonable. Though I thankfully did not have to wait long, I loved the waiting room. They had a jean material couch that was really comfy and awesome decor including a dressed skeleton that must have been waiting much longer than I had. I hope not to need their services again, but if I ever have an issue with my car, this will be my first stop!

I called Precision to ask did they put coolant in my car? They asked can I bring the car in. I brought the car in there was no signs of a leAJ. They move my car from the shop. I go inside to get my keys. They pulled back inside the shop in a different lane. While I'm waiting for my keys the front desk worker ask me to come look at my car and water spewing out everywhere. The guy at the front desk told me it was going to cost $800 to fix and that I should not be driving it and to let them fix it. I called the manager this morning and he hung up in my face. They are money hunger and they damaged my car and expect me to pay top dollar's to fix it.

I needed new tires on my Honda, I can't remember how long it'd been since I had newbies. To my surprise, one expired and the other three, I was able to get some money back towards my new tires. The rep explained everything in regards to the wear of my old ones in perfect detail. They also told me about my alignment needs. I sat there one and a half hours and finally asked what was taking so long, only to find out they only had 3 in stock and had sent someone to another store to get another one. I was there over 3 hours. About a month latter I went by at 5:15pm to get a screw removed and patch tire. I was told they had sent all mechanics home when they are open to 6:00 pm. I will never go back there for anything even for the free oil change!

I bought a $250 A/C compressor for my 2015 Silverado here, had it professionally installed at…read moreKauffman tire only to find out it was defective. This also cost me $305 in labor. Shops all around town use this Orielly store for their parts, and when a part is defective Orielly sends a new part which Orielly covers plus added labor due to the defective part having to be removed and reinstalled. Not for its customers though. If you buy a part from them and have it professionally installed, the only way to get reimburse for it is to pay the labor AGAIN, just to have it removed, then return it and pay for labor AGAIN to get the new part installed just to hope this one is not defective as well. That would put me at $305 in labor 3x = $915 PLUS $250 for the compressor. I do not have the money to pay for 3x the extra labor so I am still without A/C and $550 down the drain because of their faulty parts and policies to help customers. This store is unfair to customers and only help out their friends in town that have shops. I have been a loyal customer to this store for years and can not believe how terribly I was treated over this matter that could have been easily resolved.
