I needed a 5000k service, and thought I'd check it out. Troy treated my bike like it was his own, that to me was very important. Their 5000k service included everything from soup to nuts. In other words, more than any dealership. When I got the bill, I told Troy, I asked him if that was correct, as it seemed too low,...as I am an honest person and want to pay my fair share, he said that it was...sold...customer for life! Last winter I left my bike with Troy for another 5,000k service, to have the top end rebuilt, and to install a Ginz sissy bar with brackets and to have the brackets and fender supports powdercoated black. Quite a laundry list of things to do. When the bike was finished, it was mid winter, I told Troy that I wanted to ride it home, he said no problem, come and get it when you want to. There was one day in February when the weather was in the 50's. I told Troy that I wanted to come and pick it up, no problem. I thought that I would have to pay for storage at least while the bike was there, Troy said no. I was very pleased with the job that EVO did, and I could tell that Troy was too, as he told me how everyone in the shop enjoyed looking at the bike when it was finished. As a repeat customer, I want to say that I have been impressed with Troy and the quality service he and his staff at EVO Cycles provide in Derry, NH.

If problems the management and some employees have been very good at resolving issues. During Covid and during Moms rapid expansion it appears to me that it has created internal problems within. Pulled the ignition and brought it to Moms to see what they could do, saw some guy in parts who was basically NO help. Bought a key blank for $32!!! ( $10 on Amazon ) so I could get a locksmith to make a key. In addition they set him up with some credit card financing at 26% interest, how does that even happen? I would not recommend this place.

BUT later find out left hand case originally JBWelded from cracked open from front sprocket eject exposing internal. They didnt even replace the case. Doubt they even did top end. Profusely leaks coolant now too. Someone did this hack job but guarded by aggressive sales mgt. Very hurt by this. Other service/sales was worse. I wont even engage them I think its mafia.

This dealership suffers from poor employees. 4 separate times I have been given the incorrect…read moreparts. This is not only an inconvenience for returning them. But often it fucks you hard when you go to work on your bike and end up halfway through it with the wrong parts, or the wrong chain link is given to you and you don't realize it's wrong till it's riveted on. Needless to say freedom has cost me a significant amount of time due to their incompetence.
