I needed a 5000k service, and thought I'd check it out. Troy treated my bike like it was his own, that to me was very important. Their 5000k service included everything from soup to nuts. In other words, more than any dealership. When I got the bill, I told Troy, I asked him if that was correct, as it seemed too low,...as I am an honest person and want to pay my fair share, he said that it was...sold...customer for life! Last winter I left my bike with Troy for another 5,000k service, to have the top end rebuilt, and to install a Ginz sissy bar with brackets and to have the brackets and fender supports powdercoated black. Quite a laundry list of things to do. When the bike was finished, it was mid winter, I told Troy that I wanted to ride it home, he said no problem, come and get it when you want to. There was one day in February when the weather was in the 50's. I told Troy that I wanted to come and pick it up, no problem. I thought that I would have to pay for storage at least while the bike was there, Troy said no. I was very pleased with the job that EVO did, and I could tell that Troy was too, as he told me how everyone in the shop enjoyed looking at the bike when it was finished. As a repeat customer, I want to say that I have been impressed with Troy and the quality service he and his staff at EVO Cycles provide in Derry, NH.

Always however the staff has done everything they can to rectify any issues. Recent service went well without any hitches . Brian Wheeler made appointment and was also service writer. Corey who has worked on all 4 of the bikes has been exceptional. Work fully explained and performed timely. With some turmoil within industry and declining sales in some areas always a challenge for dealers. Hope Moms can continue to adjust and improve and keep all of us rolling along.

Was told the key code would be on the bill of sale and it would be easy to make a key with the code, it was not. Pulled the ignition and brought it to Moms to see what they could do, saw some guy in parts who was basically NO help. Bought a key blank for $32!!! ( $10 on Amazon ) so I could get a locksmith to make a key. In addition they set him up with some credit card financing at 26% interest, how does that even happen? I would not recommend this place.

False advertising on the web brought me in. Found out they didn't have several bikes the website…read moresaid were in stock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept shopping. I did find a bike I wanted but they didn't have the color I wanted. They said they had it at a different location and could get it to their location. It was a Saturday and plan was to get the bike brought down and I'd come back beginning of the week with title for my trade and bank check for remainder. They then started pushing saying they could get it same day but it would take a little while. I was ok with that since I wanted to go back to my house and get the title to my trade and get everything out of the saddle bags. That's when the manipulation started. They needed a commitment since they were going to get it. I didn't think anything of it since I was planning to buy the bike. Did the paperwork and then when I said I would go home for the title etc they said the bike I rode in on was now theirs and I couldn't ride it. I was trapped and couldn't leave. Ended up stuck there for a total of over 7 hours - an hour after they closed the store!! I had to carry all of the stuff from the saddlebags in my jacket and small backpack. Needless to stay, all of the accessories I have added since I bought elsewhere and I will do all maintenance and future business will be back at Seacoast where I should have started. I will never set foot in Manchester Harley again.

They were very informative, going above and beyond many of the other dealerships I visited. Most of the other places I visited wouldn't even work out a price with me after I said, "No, I'm not planning on buying today. I'm just looking for now." Naults gave me a price and arranged a time for me to test-drive my intended ride. There was a brief foul-up in regards to the paperwork that I needed for my plates (they're in NH, I'm in MA). But everyone involved got it fixed very quickly. They're easy to reach and otherwise ready, willing, and able. I don't know what their repair department's like, but I'd highly recommend them if you're looking to purchase a new bike.
