Now this is my experience and a mistake i did, I really hope you don't do the same mistakei did. Please if you have him service your motorcycle, when picking it up please look to be sure everything looks alright to you. Bc I didn't and now i have a f up screw in my clutch handle. I can easily fix this by getting a new screw. But my deal with him was that he should have told me about his mistake working on the motorcycle, but he didn't also he charged me for service to the clutch which he didn't fix. So to keep it short, he is not a man of his word. He twists his words. He is not responsive. And there is no sincerity to his services, let not forget he is pricey. I will NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR SERVICES. Bc little things matters. And If You do receive his services, please be sure to look around your motorcycle for anything that wasn't there before your dropped of the motorcycle, bc he will f up something and don't let you know till you later find out. That would be late to argue with him.

In the months since, on a bike that reported only 4100 miles on it, I've discovered pitted forks, and an oil pump problem. In the end, this bike appears to have been neglected and not maintained for a few years before I got it...like it sat in a barn for a long time. If you don't buy the warranty, you're out of luck. The people are friendly and easy to deal with, but I wouldn't trust the listing descriptions, nor the conditions of the bikes they sell. Misleading company name.

So I removed the side cover to check if a certain screw was loose and it wasn't. So I called around to diff places and Independent agreed they'd take it in and check it out & fix the issue. They asked for a $250 deposit.(Really!!??) But ok no worries. They picked it up on a Wed and didn't look at it or call me until Sat. The phone call was bullshit. The guy told me it needs plugs, carb needs rebuilt, and finally the starter clutch needs replaced. The clutch alone was almost $1000 + labor. 1st of all I just rebuilt the carbs with new jets and everything. Not hard to do, I have new plugs just haven't put in yet. He went on to say the carbs need balanced I disagreed. They don't need balanced after a rebuild not to mention they were recently balanced. They kept pitching me to trade my bike and buy a bike from them. I showed up on a Monday walk through what had been serviced. The owner took time to talk with me about the issues. We agreed not to do the starter clutch however I kept asking about the shifting while riding, he used his hand on the pedal and went through the gears and said no issues. Bottom line is I spent almost $300 for r nothing. They didn't fix the shifting issue and I replaced the starter clutch myself and it still makes the same sound as before. Starter clutch not the problem. I replaced the plugs. Still have the shifting issue while riding. They're liars and they didn't check anything out. Just took my $300 and fixed nothing.

I live 100 miles away so was cheaper to have local dealer program my key than to drive back. The trailer she bout with jetski wasn't set to the ski, amd bolts were loose. $31000 for jetski amd trailer, and all I got from the service manager was a dismissive attitude. Yes they'd fix the stuff if I brought back in, but was so rubbed wrong how he was so dismissive, couldn't even talk to me without working on pc whole time. Wife and I spent over 53000 at Ask Motorsports last 2 years. Don't understand why keys aren't coded to jetskis when they leave, and they did not tell us as he said they do! We won't be back! All i wanted was good customer support, and was all i was after. Instead dismissed as my problem, not theirs!​
