went to look at motorcyles, had spoken to frank on the phone that was after i had called 4 other shops trying to get a price out the door, frank was the only one that did not waste my gime and gave me the real price, and explained about the bike, nick was great too, jessica set me up with financing and nole went over the maintenance schedule, bobby ordered me an extra part and got it to me fast, everything went so well i went back and bought two more dirtbikes, outstanding people read more

Had a tire mounted and put back on the bike and had major surge when applying front brake. Signs of damage upon visual inspection as well as .125 run out. Took them a week to decide they were not going to make it right. Horrible customer service!!! read more

Ok so this is what happened to me when I took my four wheeler to this place for repair!!! Right before their shop burn down I took my wheeler for repair and from 700$ went up to 1750$ some transmission problem!! This is in a matter of two weeks So paid 500$ deposit and they told me I could pay the rest every week!!! So right after I paid the 500$ the shop was destroyed and my unit was totaled I find out about the incident by myself Nobody notified me about the shop been destroyed or my FOURWHEELER So I went to visit them at the new location and all they told me was!! You need a title in order to give you 1000$ for your lost and they wanna charge me 1750$ So it went on for about 6 months and they refused to paid me my FOURWHEELER So I contact a lawyer and the fees were about the same amount I was gonna get back!! So I just left it like that!!! Waste on money but most importantly MY TIME not worth at all SO IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO GO TO!!! Never buying a POLARIS and for SURE NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS DISHONEST PEOPLE AND BUSINESS!! read more

Walked in with wheels to have tires and tubes mounted. Out the door in 30 - 40min, wheels spin balanced. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, the tech Noel is competent and friendly. A good south side M/C shop. read more

Probably my favorite bike shop to walk into. People there are friendly and willing to talk to you no matter your knowledge base. They do solid repairs and were always good w/maintenance suggestions. Over 1K cheaper than all the other places (I didn't even have to negotiate). It's a family business. His wife works there, too. He knows my name every time, unlike my bank which has a new person every three weeks and I have to have two forms of ID to get my own cash, even after banking for 35 years in the same building. More importantly, Curtis has about 30 years of experience selling KTM. With a glance he knew how I had been riding my new bike, and he had his guys made some slight adjustments for me. I like to hang out while they work on my bike, which was fast, and I always feel very welcome and not "in the way". Ray the mechanic spent twenty-five minutes listening to my ideas about adding after-market products to my bike, and he made some important suggestions. When I first bought my bike from Curtis, as I was leaving, he sent Tony with me for part of the way to make sure I was OK (I just started riding). For the first scheduled maintenance, Curtis himself test rode the bike to make sure it was perfect. You don't get that deep a knowledge from someone who just started selling bikes, his is a family business and you really feel comfortable in the store. I found out later that the maintenance costs (after the first 800 miles) was a fraction of normal maintenance costs, like about half. That makes $1300 in my pocket, all without even asking. I think he just enjoys seeing people get what they want and he's not about the money. As for the bike, I'm surprised, I ride it more than an hour every day, I haven't laid it down once and it's all I can think about, it's the perfect bike for me. I think about it when I work, I think about it when I go to sleep, I get up an hour early just to go riding. I had to drive from the far part of town just to get to him when I first bought the bike. It's been well worth it. Not just for the comfort of knowing that his prices can't be beat, but, more importantly, for his years and years of subtle expertise, his pleasant disposition, the whole package. I read yesterday on an online bike forum that another poster has had great experience with Curtis. Thanks Curtis. I'm riding this ten times more than I thought I would, I thought it would be a weekend thing. I even use it to go to Sam's. Cycle town south came highly recommended on various ktm forums, so I made an appointment and drove 165 miles from college station to get my duke 690 serviced. I was not disappointed, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, prices were very reasonable for the 10k major service on my bike. Will be back! read more
