DO NOT BOTHER. The shop owner is not only extremely slow with responses unless pressed, if you do manage to get your bike in I'd expect it to sit for months. He made it clear I was not a priority despite multiple messages before deciding to buy all of the parts needed and fix it myself. I'll link a screenshot of just how much the owner cares about potential business. As to him "it's not his responsibility" to tell you why he won't respond despite running his business off a smartphone he probably carries everywhere. After multiple messages and no response I was fed up and messaged him letting him k ow I fixed the main issue I needed looked at and that the rest I purchased and will do myself. He immediately responded presumably because he knew I'd be writing a bad review at that point. Just remember, if you plan to go to a shop go to one that cares about his customers not puts on incorrect parts, steals bikes, and many more issues listed in previous reviews. I would give this shop a 10 if it was allowed, so it gets the 5+ it is deserved. I was looking for striping on my Harley and just couldn't find anyone I was comfortable with. I came in and watched this crew for about two hrs, was amazed at the different things they did and how professional they worked together. needless to say, I was very happy with how my bike turned out. Mike is the owner I talked too. and even for a small job like mine, he treated me like I was a million bucks. I am in retail myself, and you just don't get that kind of treatment like that anymore. every bit of my work that I paid for was done wrong (except a dent removal in my front fender): paint (chips fresh from the body shop) tires (when they test drove it they scored grooves in the sidewall of my back tire and groove right down the center of my front because they didn't account for screw clearance) rims (they put the wrong size bearings on both wheels which immediately caused a rubbing sound) I asked about it and they said it was due to break pad west in on the new rotors. LEDs: they wired them right to the battery with no relay, I went through 2 batteries before I figured out what went wrong. on top of all that they had my bike for almost 5 months. read more

Incompetent or crooks?! I took my bike in for electrical repairs and fluid service. After five months and stressed communications about one headlight not working, I paid $1,400 ransom to get my bike back. The fairing was falling off, the key was lost and the bike had been left in the rain until it destroyed the sound system. Considering previous issues, I refused to take it back. In the following weeks, I replaced the stereo and put the fairing back together myself, then started the bike to find no oil pressure. Diagnostic by professionals showed the oil pump was seized because of old oil still in the engine. There's a sucker born every minute; shame on me for not checking these reviews first. read more

A guy named Kennie stole my motorcycle and my money towards the parts. Now the owner claims he never worked for the shop and doesn't know about my bike I brought there but my friend went to the shop the other day and saw my bike in the garage and the owner is now tryna to sell it back to me even tho it's mine. If I could leave negative star reviews I would. My other friend also brought his bike there 2 months ago to get new levers and they never got it done. Not to mention Kennie had told me they have stolen bikes on premises. I'm fed up with the constant excuses they've given me. My review is back up mike. Other people's experiences may be different and they may be good experiences but this is the worst experience I've ever had. Apparently, the only guy that knows anything about what's going is the owner, Mike. The tech there couldn't give me any quotes and apparently knew very little English because the only thing he said to me was to call Mike. All I needed was a simple tire change, front and rear. I also wanted to get the brakes done but I'm glad I didn't. I was told I could drop the bike off on Monday afternoon and it would be done in the morning. So I go up there Tuesday afternoon and the bike wasn't even touched. I was told they had someone out on vacation and that they were backed up so again I had to wait. Now today, Wednesday, I'm told that it won't be ready until 5:30pm and that apparently their tire machine was broken the entire time so they had to take my tires somewhere else to get mounted and balanced. I show up at 5:45 and the front tire isn't on. It takes another half hour before I can leave. At this point, I'm just grateful that it's over with. By the time I get home the rear brake is completely locked up and the tire won't even move. This should have been a simple task to complete, a tire change. Please do not waste your time going here and listening to excuses as to why it took two days to get tires changed. They're obviously way too busy and not enough people on hand as they continue to take in more work. Mike didn't charge me to change the tires which is NOT the outcome that I wanted. I wanted this to be a good place, close to home, to have my R6 worked on and to have some custom work done. I will never return here and if you're reading this and on the fence about them, save your time and money and go somewhere else. Update 4/2/19: I went back to the shop on Thursday, that same week, to have the brakes looked at because they were locking up. Mike was there and didn't say a word to me. Mike and the mechanic walked over and looked at the bike and pulled it into the shop. Mike then got in his car and drove away and I never saw him again. All the mechanic did was spray some WD-40 on it and told me that maybe I needed to get new brackets for the brakes because they could have been bent? How this guy is a certified Harley Technician is beyond me. I decided to take the bike home and bleed the brakes to try and fix it and what do you know, it worked. The brakes are fine now. Please avoid this shop, there is no way their techs are Harley Certified. Why you wouldn't just bleed the brakes is beyond me, spraying WD-40 on it did absolutely nothing. Also, after filing a complaint with the BBB I am now being harassed by the owner, Mike. He text me and cursed at me about how he's having a rough time in life and while I feel sorry for that it doesn't excuse the poor work being done by this shop and it certainly isn't a reason to call/text a customer and harass them. I have to give one star in order to write my review but I would definitely give WAY less. SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR SANITY AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED MOTORCYCLE TO THIS SHIT HOLE SHOP!!!! We (my husband and I) dropped off our 2019 Honda Fury for repairs after he laid it down on the highway. It was suppose to be a simple fix with a new paint job on the frame. 3 MONTHS LATER we finally get the bike back after calling daily and asking what the hell was going on. It didn't run right from the moment he started it up at this shop but after not having the bike for so long we decided to just take it home. The next day we actually realized what a completely SHITTY job this sorry piece of shit shop did to our bike. The "mechanics" apparently absolutely do not know one fuckin thing about bikes!!! There's used parts on it, parts that don't even go on on a Honda, parts that were "modified" which absolutely did not need to be, parts that were forced on and in result were damaged, scratched up headlight that was brand new, scratches to the tank and almost every other part of the bike. The most horrible part is the engine. Now the bike doesn't run correctly, the engine is flooding and the bike is backfiring. We have had to take the whole bike apart and the more my husband looks at the bike the worse the work is noted on what these dingle berry assholes did to our bike. Thankfully my husband knows a thing or two about cars and bikes so he's taking the bike completely apart, AGAIN, and doing the whole repair himself, by himself. SAVE YOUR MONEY. SAVE YOUR SANITY. SAVE ALL THAT IS SACRED AND DO NOT TAKE ANY MOTORCYCLE TO THIS SHOP, EVER!!!! read more

Dropped my bike off on March 2019 they kept my bike a whole year with nothing done to it but paint paid over $3000 and picked my bike up March 2020 in pieces. Let me save you time, money, and headache - DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOTORCYCLE TO THIS SHOP FOR REPAIRS! Our motorcycle would crank but it wouldn't stay running so we took it in to have it diagnosed. After having it for several weeks, with no phone call from them to tell us what the diagnosis found, my husband had to call them to get an update. We were given a list of things that needed to be fixed and the cost for repairs. We authorized the repairs that we were told were needed to get the bike up and running. After SEVERAL more weeks, and again no phone call from them to let us know that the bike was finished and ready for pick up, my husband called for a status on the repairs. We were told that the repairs had been done but that the bike would not crank. They then called with another list of things that needed to be done in order to get it running. When asked why the new list of things weren't part of the initial diagnostic findings we were told that they hadn't even cranked the bike when they did the diagnosis!! How do you diagnose something that you don't even try to crank??? Obviously we weren't giving them anymore of our money, since they apparently don't know what they're doing to begin with. After having our motorcycle for several months my husband went to tow it back home today (since it still doesn't work after several hundred dollars of work supposedly being done to it) and they had lost his seat!
