My daughter signed up for what was called a student membership over the summer for 3 months and they charged me for the 4th month. It wasn't explained to my daughter. When speaking to manager she said it was unfortunate that your daughter didn't understand the terms. Well, they were not explained to her. The manager did nothing to accommodate us. She said your daughter could work out still until end of September however my daughter is a way out of state at school. I asked if she could use the membership over Christmas break and she said no now it is cancelled. Beware if you want to sign up your kids for their Student Special! read more

CycleBar was awesome! I've been going to RIDE in Hughes landing for over a year now and didn't realize this place existed until a friend of mine suggested we go. I loved that the studio is much bigger than ride and there's plenty of space in the gallery style room where the bikes are set up. Each bike is computerized and tells you your RPM's, speed, and resistance level as you ride. They offer free shoes as well as bike pads if you don't want to be sore the next day! I love the music here and the fact that you get to "race" each other during certain parts of the class really kicks up the cardio. There's a huge tv screen at the front that displays which order you are in. Incentive to push harder to get to first place! The staff was super nice and accommodating and made sure to text me and tell me about all of the specials they have going on. It's a very reasonably priced studio. I will be back to enjoy another ride here! read more

I really enjoyed the 45 minute class last Saturday. Kathryn, our instructor for the 9:30am class was very energetic and patient to newcomers. Jennifer, the manager on staff was very helpful before and after class. Both my wife, Robyn, and daughter, Lexi, both have joined, and I will once my gym membership ends. read more

I've been looking for a fun way to increase my cardio/endurance (I am a crossfitter) and decided to drop into a free trial class on a whim. I am so glad I did! Registering online and reserving my bike in the back row (first time jitters!) was super easy. I showed up the rquired 15 minutes before time and the lady at the front desk was enthusiastic and helpful. She helped me select the right sizes shoes, get my locket set up, and told me to help myself to a water bottle and my choice of room temperature, chilled, or sparkling water. She showed me around the facilities, helped me adjust my bike, and showed me how to clip my shoes into the bike (I struggled with this part, but she was so sweet and patient!). The class began and the instructor was friendly and upbeat. About 15 minutes into the class I was worried I wouldn't make it through the entire 50 minutes! But, the tempos adjusted and we took a slower pace to work through some shoulders and arms with the 4lb bar. Being a Crossfitter, I laughed inwardly at using a 4lb bar, but boy did it make my muscles shake! There were also intervals of sprints and races, where you can opt in or out of having your place recorded on the TVs. Since it was my first class I declined, but wish I had opted in. It looked fun! At the end of class, our instructor encouraged us to stretch. As we exited the room we received ice cold towels with eucalyptus oil. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the facility and the people. It was a VERY clean facility with very friendly people! I'm looking forward to many more rides there! read more

I found CycleBar about 2 weeks ago and absolutely LOVE it. The CycleBar Creekside team is awesome and totally rear you like family from the moment you walk in the door. The classes are fun, challenging and literally "a party in a bike". I am training for IRONMAN and CycleBar has literally made the last part of my training less of a mental challenge and I actually look forward to back to back classes. read more

I went here today with a friend. It was our first class so therefore it was free. I really enjoyed the bikes and how the company incorporated your stats and even emailed you. There is a big difference cycling here vs. the gym. The music, vibe and instructors set them apart. It is very clean. They keep track of your stats and email them to you. The people that work there are also very upbeat and helpful. I hope they get more classes! read more

I attended a class last week and was blown away by the customer service! The website was having a glitch and Vanessa text back and forth with me to help get me registered (and followed up with me after the class), the lady at the front was extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions, and the instructor and class were fantastic.
