THIS is for sure my favorite bike shop in louisville. The staff is super knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and will help you out with a smile. I really haven't had better customer service in a bike shop like this before. I bought my last bike here and it was a steal. Clearance price and it was exactly what I wanted. I ride a lot and any time I need something done, they fix it super fast and I hardly ever have to leave it overnight. They just handle it. The showroom is super nice and clean. Everything is displayed very well and clearly priced. This is to me, is a premium and tailored store. I feel that my needs are met every time at a fair price considering the quality. Some of the bikes are SUPER expensive, but they have affordable options as well. Anywhere from just a few hundred to thousands if you really want to treat yourself. Parking is terrible on most occasions, so you may have to circle the block a few times. Totally worth it. Pro tip::: Knock on the back door if you happen to get a spot behind the store. While this store has very personable staff, I have found that they have higher prices than the Specialized site by a bit and higher than online sites by a lot.
