I've done 1-800-flowers for the same price to other states that were way more impressive. While I get choice of flower and even artistry factors in, there was no wow factor and it just didn't look full for $100 just on the flowers, no tax. I did mention it to them via email and they felt this was indicative of $100 bouquet and added a $20 credit to my account. I'll make a different decision next time so that credit won't be used.

Then a second notice saying it was hand delivered, what the email didn't say was that it was hand delivered to a neighbor. They left a voice mail message with the recipient phone, but I would have also liked a notification of the change, as the sender, instead of chasing it down 3 times. At least have an option in the email notification whether they were left elsewhere. If you are looking for a more unique design or upscale aesthetic, I would go elsewhere, but if you're looking for a place to get a nice arrangement, this is a good place to go, and as always it's nice to support a local business.

He wrote in a spiral notebook and added me to the computer system. As requested, I called and left a detailed message but never heard back. I even received a text message saying that they would call me back - the owner claimed it was an AI error. When I went to pick up the arrangement - there was no arragement - and the owner acted like he had never seen me before. In my grief, I lashed out and eventually apologized. What is mind blowing is that the owner could not admit his mistake. Clearly he had messed up and the appropriate thing to do would have apologized. Instead he said the customer is NEVER right and threw us out of the store.
