I have ordered from this florist many times in the past. I prefer to support small businesses. I called after Valentines Day because everything on their site showed unavailable. I called back as what I was interested in was still not available. I spoke with someone and we narrowed down what I wanted. I was good with the communication. Everything was sent on time and with correct color scheme and balloon. I was not impressed with the actual arrangement though. I've done 1-800-flowers for the same price to other states that were way more impressive. While I get choice of flower and even artistry factors in, there was no wow factor and it just didn't look full for $100 just on the flowers, no tax. I did mention it to them via email and they felt this was indicative of $100 bouquet and added a $20 credit to my account. I'll make a different decision next time so that credit won't be used. read more

I received an order from a friend. Upon arrival the flowers were starting to die, I took photos and attempted to call the number listed on the insert, and the number was disconnected. After googling the florist I called and was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do unless the sender of the flowers reached out. I provided photos of the arrangement and was also told just a few flowers were bad so it wasn't a big deal. I wouldn't use them again based on lack of customer service. read more

MyFlorist called me almost immediately after I submitted my online request to ask me a question after I filled out the online request wrong (haha). They were quick and the flowers (dashing daisies) were beautiful. They were also delivered before 4 pm. The $5 coupon by checking in to Yelp was also a plus!! I've used this florist twice now for a dear friend that lives in McLean. I'm in Oregon so my ordering has been online. Both times the arrangements were beautiful! I always ask friends to send me pictures because I've had terrible experiences with companies not sending what I ordered and paid for. This last time I ordered, "My Florist" called me several days ahead to let me know the arrangement I had picked out should come with a blue vase but blue vases for the premium size were back ordered. I've used MyFlorist twice now - once to send a sympathy bouquet and another for a birthday. The service has been exceptional both times and they even called to say they could deliver the flowers earlier than I had originally scheduled if preferred. I contacted My Florist this week with pictures of what I wanted for my wedding bouquet. I received a reply saying the florist doesn't like communicating via email and prefers phone calls. (Strike 1) You're a business, you need to be accessible via all avenues, I was open to coming in when I had time but why can't you email me (for my records) first. So they respond and I receive an email saying the florist can't do my wedding bouquet because it's close to V-Day and they get a lot of business during that time. (Strike 2) I'm really confused.
