Quality work from quality folks. I had a hard time settling on the exact details of the fence I wanted - height, style, materials, etc. They were very patient, informative and responsive to all my questions. Once the specs were finalized they got me quickly scheduled and completed the entire fence construction in only 4 days (not including demo and haul-away). I had gotten quotes from other fencing outfits and from landscapers who "also build fences" that averaged between 3 to 4 weeks. The materials they used are high quality and the construction is very sturdy. I fully expect this fence to outlast me. The work crew was top notch. Friendly, on time, efficient, flexible and quiet (no blasting music). I can't say enough good things about the crew chief Fernando. His willingness and ability to work with me in solving certain logistic issues as they came up was remarkable as was his expertise in executing the more technical aspects of fence and custom gate construction. We recently had a backyard retaining wall and fence built by Cypress Coast. Within 1 day of my call, Estimator Rich came out to our house and spent a couple of hours describing what they could do and offered various solutions. He listened patiently to our questions and was very professional. Once we agreed on the scope of the project, materials to be used, probable length of the job, etc. Rich said he'd He said he'd get us a quote within a couple of days. Sure enough, we received a comprehensive quote and a drawing of the proposed project a few days later. They even said they could get it done in the next two weeks! This project wasn't easy, requiring the removal of a wire fence with fifty plus years of ivy growing in and around it, and a retaining wall that was somewhat complex. Although we got off to a bit of a slow start in finalizing the contract for our project, we are very pleased with the fence that Cypress Coast Fence built for us in June, and would definitely recommend them! We wanted a split rail fence like the ones we've seen in the state parks, where the rails are held between two vertical posts. We also wanted the rails to zig zag, making triangular corners in which to plant shrubs and flowers. We didn't want the typical split rail fence which follows a straight line and the rails are morticed into holes in the posts. In short, what we wanted was custom - not exactly what any of the fence contractors we contacted were interested in making. But instead of saying 'no', Cypress Coast Fence sent Rich out to talk to us about what we had in mind. As we talked, we could see that he was excited about our idea, about creating something different, and he told us that they love custom projects when they come along. It took a few emails, sketches, photos, and a couple of visits before we received a quote to build the actual fence. Rich stuck with us through it all, getting details as needed from the engineering team. The first day of work, everyone showed up to lay out the fence and discuss details. The next four days we worked with two delightful people, Beto and Hugo! Both very knowledgeable. They often stopped and asked for our input to make sure their plan matched our wishes.
