Loved this place! What a sweet little campground…read more This campground is right next to the interstate, and so a very convenient spot to stay on the road. We made a reservation that day (it seemed pretty packed early October so we got the last available spot). The staff here were very friendly, and we didn't have to pay until we arrived at the site. It was so affordable! With a Good Sam discount, our one night stay amounted to just ~$34! We were very happy with the price, which included full hook-ups (+ cable TV), a shower house, and a swimming pool (? I think). The next morning, we had our propane filled at that site and left. The owners here were very thoughtful and organized. Thought the campground wasn't very big, when we drove in, the owner had us follow her in her golf cart so we knew exactly where to pull in and how to park our extra truck. Will come back again!

They are dog friendly and have a dog park with poop bags. The office and tv room, with great a/c and fan and lots of dvds and books is perfect. The bathrooms are immaculate but the showers are tiny, i'm 5'6" size 4, I felt cramped, use the handicap bathroom for a shower. The spots are level on packed rock drive thrus. I'd give Duck Creek RV Park 5 stars if there were trees. Otherwise, this is a great RV park.

It's such a pleasure to stay in this RV campground! An…read moreexceptionally clean, spacious and safe campground. A pond is located in the center of the campground spaces where most RVs can choose to park. (I did choose to get a spot near the pond where I watched fellow RVers do some fun fishing---ex. catfish, baby large mouth bass ). Trees abound in RV areas, providing shade and fresh air. Amenities include 30 to50amps, clean water connections, electrical and sewer hook-ups, plus just less than 3.5 miles drive to the groceries, fast food places, department stores, etc. Each RV pull-through space and back in slots have ample space for extra vehicle parking. Park has an existing covered/ well lighted pavillion for barbecues, open playground with slide and swings for kids, gated pet area where you can leave your furbabies to run without leashes....and the coin-operated laundromat is always open, so with the public restroom-- which is kept really clean. The group of RVers who have comeback more than twice(like me) have noticed the consistently well-maintained walking areas, well-lighted walkways, pet area/ grassy areas always mowed, and ample trash cans that keep this place spotless. The real kicker is their current RV spot prices, whether daily, weekly or monthly---soooo inexpensive!

We were in Paducah to attend the 2026 Quilt show. The reservation process was simple, affordable,…read moreand completed several months in advance. Check-in was efficient, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Throughout our stay, we experienced no issues with the water supply, electrical, or sewage systems. Our pull-through site accommodated our 35-foot trailer without difficulty. While the Wi-Fi, as is common in RV parks, was not optimal for streaming, it was sufficient for basic phone and tablet use. The water had a noticeable chlorine taste, but our in-line filter and Brita pitcher resolved this. Paducah was conveniently located, offering a wider selection of stores and restaurants than anticipated. The campground offered various activities during our visit. Each morning, a vendor sold fresh baked goods, jams, and jellies, which we found to be very good. Mark Cope provided a BBQ wagon, and his BBQ and potato salad were also excellent. The park also hosted an ice cream social and a wine tasting by "Purple Toad Winery," a family-owned winery in Paducah, KY. There is a lake on-site where fishing is available, and bait is sold. We will certainly choose Fern Lake Campground for our next visit.

I have lived in RV parks for the past 13 years and have never Been kicked out or disrespected. They wouldn't even call me they sent me a text while I was at work on a Tuesday around 1pm saying I had to be out that afternoon. There are a ton of other camp grounds within a close vicinity If you value your time money or respect I would not stay here. PS this is the only bad review I've ever left in my life.

I do not recommend this RV park to anyone who needs a place to camp for a long period of time or…read morepermanently. If you are staying short term, weekends, that type of thing, its fine. The owner, Laura, was very kind and accommodating when my husband and I first moved in 9 months ago. Very Christian-like. We have a box truck she gave her approval for us to park next to our RV. She has never said a thing about the truck. Until today all of a sudden. We received a text informing us the truck had to go with no explanation. She invited me to ask questions, so I did. I asked why. She said the inspectors told her the truck is too big. Her park was inspected several weeks ago and she bragged she got 100%, so why is the park being inspected again so soon? And why is the truck suddenly too big after 9 months? That last question has yet to be answered. But apparently asking questions is being "disrespectful" so she evicted us for allegedly being disrespectful to her with a threat of calling law enforcement. I don't know what the real reason is, but we are confident her goal was to move us out of the park today. One way or the other. We never bothered anyone. We were always friendly to other residents and to Laura and her husband, Clarence. But we witnessed her doing this to two other long-term residents since we moved into the park. That is why my husband and I stayed to ourselves. We were quiet. We are elderly, so we aren't loud or disruptive people. We want to add that Clarence is a really nice guy. You will OFTEN see him working hard around the park. He is always willing to help. But again, let me emphasize, if you need a place to stay long term or permanently, this is NOT the park for you. You should be treated better. Internet is also inconsistent. Very slow and sometimes not available.
