This is a fun spot we like to go to when visiting friends in Chaska. They have pool tables, dart boards, and karaoke, which makes it a great place to hang out and stay entertained. The food is your typical bar fare but still pretty good, and it's a solid option if you're looking for drinks and something to do with friends. It took an hour (not exaggerating) for my party of 2 to get our food. I ordered the nachos, and when they arrived, they were cold. They had clearly sat out for a long time. The chips had disintegrated in the sauce, and the paper that lined the tray had disintegrated into the chips. I didn't realize it, and ate three bites of paper before I realized what happened. Cy's is the first place we visited when we moved here, it's a great local spot! The food is always good, and it's a fun place for friends. I do want to say I really wish the dart board & pool table in the back was open to everyone when it isnt booked. There's only other dart board, and it's between tables, in an odd spot. This place used to be a 5+ rating but in the last few months it's gone downhill quick. The new owner "updated" the menu and took off the simple things they did best, what's left is an overpriced menu with items that don't belong here unless you can do them justice. The waitress is great, but overloaded with work and the owner never left his seat at the bar to help her or the bartender. So disappointed, as we were coming here regularly from the metro area because the food was so awesome, it's not worth the drive anymore, especially at the price of $60 for breakfast for two where the food is just mediocre ! read more

Just had a fantastic lunch with my family here today. Food was excellent and the customer service was 200%. The manager even came over to make sure we were having a great time and a great meal. I would definitely recommend this place for any size group. We were a party of 9 and they were very accommodating. Lane was our server. She's outstanding!! read more

This is my go to watering hole. Great place to stop in for a quick drink while running errands. It's just across from the police station so things never get too crazy. Never takes too long for the bartenders to notice you need another or the bill. Good prices and friendly staff. I feel at home here. Not a chain, not a pickup bar, and no gimmicks. Step up from the VFW, an ordinary middle class persons bar. I hope it doesn't change after the police station moves. read more

Bloody mary lacked vodka and was boring, food was, well, not good. Shrimp basket fish was really bad, fish and chips, ok, but the "chips" are potato chips and you pay extra for French fries which is normally the "chips" in fish and chips! read more

I previously submitted a negative review due to an isolated event I experienced with Cy's. I do not regret the negative review I posted at the time (four years ago), but I also do not believe the rating I issued during that time period is right today (four years later). I love this bar! Ben and Cathy and Amy are amazing people I have enjoyed getting to know. Drink prices are reasonable, and the hours of operation are completely predictable. This is a great small business that is responsive to customer needs, and it does a great job everyday. Highly recommend you come on in for a drink and good company. read more

Been to Cys once and don't know if I'll go back. Ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger and it came with canned mushrooms one it. Really canned??? That's not fresh like the waitress stated it was. Also had the Ruben balls.. Those were really good so give them a try! Overall burgers disappointed our group. Over cooked medium burgers and not fresh. This place is a local hang out so if you are passing through you'll get a look but give it a go and form you own opinion. I however was disappointed. read more

Stopped here on a whim for some drinks one Sunday afternoon. My husband and I both bellied up to the bar. We are pretty simple people, with simple requests: I ordered a house red wine and he ordered one of their beers on tap. The server we had was great and we even made friends with the old guy sitting next to us. I was extremely pleased with my wine pour (more than the typical 5 oz.) and I believe it was just $4 for their regular price. I can't speak for the food since I haven't tried anything off their menu, but I will definitely be back for drinks! read more

Stopped in Saturday 4/7/18 with a friend for a pizza, was told it was good place to eat. We ordered a 4 meat pizza with green olives on half. The pizza came out, and after looking at it, the pizza was over baked and there was green olives on the whole pizza! yuk! We talked to the waitress and she had them make another pizza with no green olives on it since she was allowing us to keep the pizza she brought out, after my friend starting it the messed up pizza the waitress came back out and said she needed to take it to the kitchen, so off to the kitchen she went. So we waited and waited for the next pizza, it finally came, no green olives (because she told us earlier we could keep other pizza),we made no big deal and ate the pizza. When the waitress came back she was kind enough to say "I didn't charge you for the green olives". I said "what green olives, you left them off this pizza and they were on the pizza you took away". She came to collect the money and I told her I was very disappointed that there was no sort of discount for the error on their behalf, she said let me talk to the manager,she came back and said "my manager will only allow me to give you a dollar off", I said "A dollar, now I am insulted." I didn't feel like creating a scene so I told them that "I will never be back, I will tell my story, and I would never recommend them to anyone."
