With that being said, it's pretty neatly organized. I also found the staff to be pleasant. If you have specific questions regarding hair, some staff are more knowledgeable than others. There was a woman returning something at the checkout and a worker informed her that they updated their return policy (I find that important when I purchase). They seemed to be willing to work with her since the policy changes.

I'm not looking for handouts, but want to get my money out of them so it's not a complete waste (I have all the colors). Now I've lost a lot of confidence in the company as a whole. I have a lot of their clothing, backpacks, and accessories. Before, I was assured that the quality is so good that they'll stand behind it. Now that they're not, the quality must be causing them too many problems to keep up with that assurance. Third picture is the size of pants compared to fresh order made a month ago. I haven't added on in size which would be a meaningful denial as well. He just kept repeating the same thing like one of my toddlers. Just doing what he's told is my guess.

For my appointment, I had the last one of the day on a Wednesday and I was the only bride trying on dresses. They had quite a selection of dresses to try on and most were what I was looking for. The bridal stylist I worked with was Brigitta who was very patient and wonderful. She worked with me to understand what I liked in a dress and if I was not liking a feature. She took my opinion into consideration especially when out in front of my family I brought who had loud opinions. Online and from what I found, the dresses were all under $2,000 just as advertised. I unfortunately did not get my dress here but would definitely recommend this shop.

This was both of our…read morefirst time ordering tuxes and we were not aware most places require 2-4 weeks notice to get a rental. That isn't the case for Mr. Tuxedo, though. We worked with Sean who had us in-and-out in half an hour and we were able to pick up both of our tuxes next-day. I could not be MORE happy about the excellent service we were provided. It felt like the small-town, family atmosphere you just don't get with businesses anymore. Sean talked with us about our schooling and football, and even offered us a water when we went to leave. Thank you! I'm just cautious shopping moving forward. I can't always make it to their store and online shopping is best for me. I've been supporting them since they were selling out the trunk of their car and the delays in my last few purchases has not been the best. I ask if the delays are occurring, please keep customers in the loop every 2-4 days or weekly if the delays are extensive. We saw a sign for "Nicole Miller" in the window at Khakis so we had to stop in, Nicole Miller's designs are always adorable even if they are out of our price range. Before we could even make it to the women's room in the store, however, we were greeted by a nice salesman that reminded me of my grandpa who reminded us Father's Day was coming up. He immediately started asking questions about our dad to determine what he might like for the holiday. We described our dad and before we knew it we had a pair of nice linen khaki shorts and a plethora of shirts to choose from. Brands I saw were Burberry and Legends. The shorts themselves were on sale for $75 so I was happy with that price but couldn't afford to get a shirt too. After settling on just the shorts we went to look in the women's section while the salesman gift wrapped my purchase. My sister found a gorgeous Nicole Miller black dress in a petite (she was thrilled) and wanted to try it on. A few minutes later, two women entered and were immediately greeted and offered help. The double standard was obvious. Only after my expression made it clear I was unimpressed did the employee finally say something -- claiming the other women had an appointment. That excuse doesn't change the fact that I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in. Greeting a customer takes seconds, and the indifference I experienced spoke volumes. I make it a point to support small, local businesses when I travel, but this kind of dismissive and selective service is unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The shop was buzzing and busy, but the staff was so friendly and we didn't have to wait too long. They even suggested going to get a cup of coffee from down the street. There were plenty of bracelet options - silver, gold, and gold plated. I felt like they had something for every price range. You could get rings, necklaces, bracelets, and more! I personally chose a gold bracelet with an initial charm, and Elaine B. put it on me herself :) While waiting for our turn, we shopped around the store, and there were lots of beautiful, minimalist jewelry items for sale that I LOVED. I would definitely return and get some thing else another time.
