Property is a 3 bedroom a bath home and because I wanted to leave the place in good shape. This review is based on customer service, service itself and overall satisfaction with the job requested. Let me start with the pros: -speedy response from Ren (to initially book the cleaning) -reasonable prices (however buyer beware you get what you pay for) Cons: -unprofessional staff-arrived late and unprepared for job didn't have the supplies or tools needed to clean the spaces required (i.e no step stool to reach higher up cabinets and fans) -requested areas to be cleaned were completely ignored (see pictures below) -did not wait as requested and as promised for final inspection before services were completed -owner requested for ME to call cleaner to have her return to finish the job Overall, I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone. I arrived to the house as my housekeeper was leaving and instead of waiting she sped off! I tried to call her as well as the business owner and she ignored our calls. I even attempted to wait for her to see if she'd return to finish the job and of course she did not. Even despite me going over the areas I wanted cleaned with the cleaning staff (1 person) prior to beginning the job, areas In requested were not cleaned at all. I think the first time she cleaned it took 3 hrs because it was a new place but once she got the hang of it, usually done within 2.5 hrs. I did ask her if she could even help me hang my clothes for me, which isn't in their usual service, and she was happy to which I obviously tipped her more for. (Who else hates hanging clothes? Because I legit hate it so much). I always feel so refreshed after she leaves my house so clean. I def recommend this cleaner service! When she arrived at the appointment, she inspected each room and ran her finger along our blinds, shelves, etc. to check for dust. The quote was very reasonably priced and we booked an appointment for the actual deep clean. The day of the deep clean, she arrived with 2 other women and they immediately got to work. My fiancé and I were home during the clean so they worked in the bedrooms and kitchen first while we chilled in the living room and when they were ready to switch, she let us know. The deep clean took about 4 hours from start to finish and they did an amazing job. They move everything from the surfaces before they wipe. They cleaned our window tracks which I was super excited about. I even saw one of them cleaning our ceiling at one point. All of our artwork was wiped down and our home felt much cleaner. We also hired them again in early May and they did a great job again. My fiancé and I are very happy with their service and would love to hire them again in the near future :)

I used the swiffer for a bit and also came back disgustingly black. I ended up buying a mop myself and mopping the whole place and the stickiness and the blackness went away.
