Do not be fooled by the low prices!! Do not recommend! Was in search of a cleaning company for a move out cleaning for my place. Property is a 3 bedroom a bath home and because I wanted to leave the place in good shape. This review is based on customer service, service itself and overall satisfaction with the job requested. Let me start with the pros: -speedy response from Ren (to initially book the cleaning) -reasonable prices (however buyer beware you get what you pay for) Cons: -unprofessional staff-arrived late and unprepared for job didn't have the supplies or tools needed to clean the spaces required (i.e no step stool to reach higher up cabinets and fans) -requested areas to be cleaned were completely ignored (see pictures below) -did not wait as requested and as promised for final inspection before services were completed -owner requested for ME to call cleaner to have her return to finish the job Overall, I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone. I arrived to the house as my housekeeper was leaving and instead of waiting she sped off! I tried to call her as well as the business owner and she ignored our calls. I even attempted to wait for her to see if she'd return to finish the job and of course she did not. Even despite me going over the areas I wanted cleaned with the cleaning staff (1 person) prior to beginning the job, areas In requested were not cleaned at all. I was left having to pay to hire another company to complete the job. Update on my review: As soon as I posted this review of course the owner Ren, had the audacity to call me and my husband scammers! No sir, you are the scammer claiming to be a "professional" cleaning service and posting slander about your clients when a review that is not to your liking is posted! I highly doubt I'd be considered an Elite reviewer on Yelp if this was the case! As added proof that the owner Ren knew that the job was poorly done I have added the screen shots of my texts with him, where he agrees for no payment to be issued. I've been using them once a month on and off for about 6 months and every time, Flo does such an amazing job cleaning our home. She is fast and efficient and gets our upstairs done in 2.5 hrs (two beds, one bathroom) and honestly the price is not bad. It's 40$/hr for one cleaner. I think the first time she cleaned it took 3 hrs because it was a new place but once she got the hang of it, usually done within 2.5 hrs. I did ask her if she could even help me hang my clothes for me, which isn't in their usual service, and she was happy to which I obviously tipped her more for. (Who else hates hanging clothes? Because I legit hate it so much). I always feel so refreshed after she leaves my house so clean. I def recommend this cleaner service! Scheduled a deep cleaning service for our two bedroom and 1 1/2 bath town home. I wouldn't say the result was spotless or "sparkling" clean. I will admit the place needed a good scrubbing as I've lacked on the cleaning the past couple months due to pregnancy and we have pets. I also have never received a deep clean before so I didn't know what to expect but I had thought it would get the job done. Unfortunately, no. Pros: the owner was very responsive, communicative, and was accommodating to my requested schedule. Originally quoted I would only need 1 person for 2-3 hours but unfortunately he only had a 2 person team available for the days requested so i scheduled the 2 person team for a higher price ($80/ hour) and hoping for better service/ less time. Cleaners showed up a little earlier than scheduled which is nice. I asked for them to wipe the shelves of the fridge (which looked good) and clean inside of the oven (not as good but glad it was done). Everyone was very friendly and cleaners brought their own supplies while also practicing proper COVID procedures. Cons: I wouldn't say this was a deep clean (although I've never had one so had no comparison). Everything was wiped down but still could see streaks of dirt. The floors were still dirty and I'm not convinced they even cleaned the dining room floor. They didn't bother to move light items to clean under. Corners were skipped. The paint was also scratched off the wall in the kitchen which I'm assuming was done when cleaning the inside of the fridge. Although the inside of the fridge looked very nice, the outside was terrible. The top and sides were not wiped at all and the front was poorly done. The cleaners showed up around 2:12pm and left at 4:30pm and we were charged a total of $200 for the service. I had assumed that maybe the job was more than they could handle so I didn't say anything to the owner and I was just glad my home was somewhat clean. I actually ended up scheduling another cleaning with a cleaner my mother uses. This time just requesting a basic clean and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! I wish I had gone with them from the beginning which made me even more disappointed in the "deep clean" I received from sparkle cleaners. This cleaner actually made a comment saying she was surprised I had gotten a deep clean less than a week ago because it didn't look like it. Maybe Sparkle is better for regular maintenance cleans but I would not suggest going here for a deep clean service. read more

Don't know where to start.. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 am and was expecting a tenant at 3 pm for my small 500 ft condo. The dispatcher told me the cleaner encountered a light accident and will do her best to be on time. 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I'm getting anxious and asked for her ETA and was told her car "got pulled over for being overheated." Not sure what that meant but now I have to wait 2 more hours for a set of 2 cleaning staff, increasing my total price to $120. For this price level, you'd expect good service for a very small condo like mine. When the staff arrived and was done two hours later, they still left me a good amount of cleaning to do. I found that they didn't bother to sweep the living room, giving me an hour to sweep it myself. My Airbnb tenant later complained that the place was dirty and checked out early for this reason. The more senior cleaning lady was a subcontractor, complaining often, very unprofessional and made me feel like she was doing me a favor for driving from San Clemente to do her work. read more

We asked for a deep clean and this was an average clean at its best. I was annoyed to say the least - I understand how businesses are run and unfortunately, if you don't provide adequate service, you don't get to take home your profit. Maricel was my contact. Communication from the start was good. She was responsive and professional. Some of the reasons that contributed to my decision of hiring them. However, they failed miserably with the cleaning. We had pretty major renovations and needed a deep cleaning. I had a few recommendations from friends and family and decided to go with Sharp Sparkle because they were recommended on our neighborhood website and they were highly rated here. Their fees were also reasonable. Maricel told me that to deep clean our house, there will be 3 ladies at $33 per lady per hour ~ $99/hour and it would likely take 3 to 3 1/2 hours. We made sure the house was as empty as possible (we have not lived in the house yet). Our kitchen was a complete overhaul and so our cabinets and appliances were all new. All you had to do was wipe the surfaces with a wet cloth to remove the dust. Yet our drawers were still dusty. Our floors were still dirty. Our shelves were also untouched! See pictures attached. Maricel texted me after the job that they would need another hour the following day to mop our floors again because they couldn't get it clean even after mopping it 3 times. I decided against it because the job they provided thus far was extremely disappointing. I didn't want to pay more for another disappointing job. She gave me a $15 discount after I texted her pictures of the bad job they did and said they will touch up what they missed the following day if we want to pay for another hour but I feel the job was already a complete waste of money, I was not about to waste more money for another bad job. I mopped that floor myself the same night (once) and you can see the distinct difference where I mopped and where I didn't get to if you stepped back and looked. I honestly don't know what they did or what kind of a mop they used but it's absolutely ludicrous that they could have mopped and the floor still looked and felt the way it did. read more

Bummed is the only way to put it. I hired Sharp Sparkle for our 4.5 room office for the first time about a year ago. Ren was very responsive and scheduled a cleaning basically right away. The first time he had a cleaner come they missed an entire room entirely. I brought it up with Ren and he said he would make sure that did not occur again during our next cleaning. Following that cleaning we had one lady (by request) come and clean for the next 3-4 times- she was great. She would be here for about 2 hours and do all the necessary cleaning our office needed. However, when I tried to book another cleaning with her recently Ren mentioned she did not work for them anymore. I proceeded with scheduling a cleaner and was again very disappointed by the service. Two cleaners came and were here for 30 minutes and didn't even wipe down the counters and then wanted to charge us for the same amount they would have for 2 hours. I agreed to pay them for the time they were there and pay $45 for the half hour. Based off of previous charges from the past. Our office doesn't need much and we just hire a service once every 2 months for basic cleaning and that seemed to be missed twice now with this company.
