Edit: Dylan has now escalated to cyber harassment and intimidation, sending threatening emails demanding this 1-star review be removed or he will sue us and represent the very Defendant we hired him to act against. This is a clear violation of Conflict of Interest under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct. As a result, Dylan has been served with his own Cease & Desist letter--though, given his disregard for ethics, we fully expect him to violate it. Even modifying his response to this review directly contradicts the legal order he was served.
Edit: More dishonesty from this attorney. When we reached out regarding the CD letter, his response was, "Or what? This is a BS scare tactic." This statement is even recorded. Instead of deflecting, it would be more professional to take responsibility and acknowledge that the situation was mishandled. Mistakes happen, but accountability matters.
Edit: The very issue this attorney claimed we had--defamation over a one-star review--is exactly what he's now done to us. Instead of addressing our concerns, he resorted to personal attacks. He promised multiple times to complete our letters but never followed through, then ignored our messages entirely. Rather than taking responsibility, he chose to defame us for holding him accountable. This lack of professionalism and integrity speaks for itself.
We placed our trust in this attorney after he was the first to truly listen to us and acknowledge our concerns. For the first time, we felt a sense of hope that something would finally be done, and justice was within reach. However, despite multiple assurances that our letters would be completed--often with specific timelines like "I'll have them done by tonight" or "I'm finishing them up now"--we were ultimately left without any follow-through.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and if there were any issues, we repeatedly expressed our willingness to pay upfront or accommodate any necessary adjustments. However, our messages eventually went unanswered, leaving us feeling abandoned in a situation that already carries so much emotional weight. A simple, honest response--even if it was to say, "I'm unable to assist you"--would have meant the world to us.
What makes this even more difficult is that we truly believed in him. This could have easily been a glowing review had he simply followed through or communicated openly. Instead, we're left feeling deeply disappointed and let down at a time when we needed guidance the most. read more
