Parts needed to be ordered and a tentative two week date for install. It was less than a week when I received the call the parts arrived and another appointment made. Centralized was able to give me a time window conducive to my schedule and I should add, that prior to both appointments, Tyler called and assured me of his arrival. A hour later the issue of the dryer was fixed. The primary installers of the dryer either were lacking the skill or proper tools for the electric connection and Tyler should me the charred wires. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. A big resounding YES in recommending this company.

When we closed in April, we noticed that the warming drawer did not close straight or flush and has a gap of about 1/2" at the top. After notifying the builder, we nobody came out to look at it until May 19. The tech that came couldn't fix it but identified that it was installed with the rear higher than the front and that the installers would have to fix it and that he'd order some parts for them (not sure what parts). After nothing for a month, I contacted the person who sold the appliance on Jun 16. He responded that some parts were on order and he'd have to schedule instllers to come out. I asked what was on order and when installers would come out but have recieved no response. I've left multiple voice mails on his phone line and at both the Monroe and Sylvania stores in addition to my email inquiries. All have been ignored. It is now Jul 30 (2-1/2 months) and still nobody has contacted me.

I finally hired a reputable repair person who knew that my no show guy was "Adams from Toledo" because he has a reputation for showing up to collect the service call fee and never returning. Do not hire Robert Adams from Adams Appliance Repair and if Choice Home Warranty tries to schedule you with him, you must refuse. He is a first class scam artist.

On 12/20/24 we took our Dyson V 10 Cyclone into Sweeping World to get repaired. The regular store…read morewe usually go to had closed. We spoke with Dennis who told us he had a guy who could repair anything. He also suggested we get a new filter which he ordered. We asked him for the cost and he started talking about religion. So we left without the cost. On12/27/24 we went to pick up our part and the canister kept falling out of place,. Dennis said to take it home and try it. Of course we had to pay him $20.00 for the repair and $40.00 for filter plus $4.65 tax. We brought it home and the canister wouldn't lock in place and the attachments kept falling out. On 12/28/24 we went back to Sweeping World and told Dennis it wasn't fixed. He wanted us to leave the vaccum with him, but we didn't trust him so we left with the vaccum . Three hours later he called us to say he would get us a used dust bin. On 12/30/24 we went to the Fix It Shop on 1801 West Sylvania , Toledo, OH. Phone Number:419-473-1209 and spoke with Mike the owner. He checked the vaccum and said it was not fixed correctly. He saw that the one piece was broken in 4 places and that the seal was not in the correct place. Mike told us he would order us a new canister and install it for us. He also said that Dennis at Sweeping World should reimburse us for the $20.00 in labor since it was done incorrectly. We then went to Sweeping World and tried to speak to Dennis about reimbursing us for the $20.00 in labor because it was not done correctly. We told him to make things easier we would pay for the filter plus tax. He refused to reimburse us. He said he could get a used canister and we said no. He then offered to get us a new canister, but we didn't trust him. We left. Never under any circumstances go to Sweeping World. Dennis is verbally abusive and he lies.
