We just happened upon this store when walking over to a nearby cafe. There was one gentleman patiently helping a potential customer who was being difficult, to say the least. While we waited for him to handle business, we got a chance to walk around the storefront and check out pricing and the quality of the t-shirts they work with. They had very reasonable pricing, and they have a great sliding scale for printing based on how large he order is. The gentleman was very informative, and we found it that he had actually popped into the business to speak with three owners, but they had been so busy that they didn't get a chance to connect. Brownie points for the initiative. We got a peak at the work area, and it looks reasonably large enough to handle very large orders for any in need. They have a decent thing going on here. I called ahead to ask if they could embroider a name on a tote bag and was told yes. I specifically asked about turnaround time, and the person on the phone told me that if I brought it in that morning, it could possibly be ready by the end of the day. That timeline worked perfectly for me, so I immediately drove 20 minutes to the store. However, when I arrived and spoke to the employee at the front, I was told it wouldn't be ready until the following week. I explained that I had just called and was given a completely different expectation. She then asked if I had been informed about a rush fee, which I had not, and proceeded to say the fastest turnaround would actually be 3 days. This completely defeated the purpose of me calling ahead in the first place. If I had been given accurate information, I wouldn't have wasted time driving there. Very disappointing experience. I understand that timelines can vary, but clear and consistent communication is the bare minimum.
