Amazing work, really helpful, great prices and quality, I recommend them to everyone

I cannot recommend C & A Embroidery. The customer service--particularly from Jazet--was severely lacking. I dropped off hats in November, and they were completely forgotten about. It took three months to finally get them completed, which is unacceptable by any professional standard. To make matters worse, another order was done incorrectly with no apparent quality check in place. Their "replacement" effort was lackluster at best--they swapped a black hat for a charcoal one, which doesn't even match the original order. This is not quality work; it feels more like a babysitting operation than a professional embroidery shop. On top of that, they didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I had to practically shake them down to get a 20% discount--something that should have been offered proactively given the level of failure and delay. If you want long wait times, inconsistent communication, and subpar craftsmanship, this might be the place for you. But in a town with plenty of embroidery options, I will never use this business again. There are far better companies that actually value their customers and take pride in their work. read more

We have used C&A Embroidery for years, for our uniform shirts. They always do an amazing job!

We needed some polos with our company logo on them. We called in and were given great service over the phone but decided we wanted to see the shirts and feel the fabric before committing. It was great to be able to see the colors and feel fabrics in their storefront. We were helped immediately and were allowed to try things on as well. We then color matched the threading to our logo colors. A day or 2 later we received our proofs and were able to get our shirts within 10 business days (likely sooner if I had approved the proof right away). Kamilah was attentive and I will use C&A Embroidery again. Our shirts look great! read more

I order a baseball hat which is black color with white logo on it, after I pick up my order they have a white cap and white logo stitches told them this is not what I order !!! Instead of fixing the issue they manage to argue and blame you. Although I am grateful that I could take my items to them and have them ready in a week, and the person who took my items was polite and nice, however, even though I meantioned more than three times that I needed to have the items in a week, and she said absolutely, they failed to comply with my request. At the time that I dropped off my items I was told in a week they will call me, they didn't, I followed up and I was told if I want my items to be ready I have to go to their other location all the way on the north part of las Vegas. Only when I asked to talk to.their manager, they said fine ( you could hear attitude in her voice) I understand now that they have a two weeks policy, they failed to tell me at the time I was there, and this was my very first time going to them, so, how was I supposed to know, but they knew and this should have been mentioned to me, I could have gone to a different place. I have to mention that they did a nice job and I liked what I ordered, I just don't feel that they were honest and upfront! TERRIBLE Customer Service. All these reviews are so fake. They are all Obviously people they convinced to post a review for them. See I've been to MANY embroidery Companies and I saw this place driving down on Sunset road and figured it looks great let's give it a chance. I told them exactly what I wanted done, they took my order, I entrusted them with their profession to simply put my Teams Logo on some Beautiful material for matching Set Outfits, I come back a couple days later, we open the box and almost every single Outfit had messed up Embroidery that damage the material leaving holes and rips on the Material I spent GOOD money on. They didn't call or notify me what happened. They handed me the Damaged goods WITH THE BILL. It's incredible, not only did they ruin my outfits but they didn't even try to fix THEIR mistakes or reimburse me. Instead they tried to lie in front of my Colleagues that they told me the material was not stretchy enough and not flexible enough for their machines. (When obviously they didn't because I wouldn't have done business with them if they did) Lol. I mean it's a scam convincing people to believe in your Business and then knowing it's their mistake, not giving back the Money which rightfully would belong to a Customer for not getting the results expected of what they paid for. And most importantly not getting back their time. The waiting time is everything especially when you are getting Outfits done for other people. The least I can do is write a helpful review to help OTHER people out so they don't have a hard time. Read this review with good wisdom. Save YOURSELF the trouble and all the Headaches. Do not go here. They have No idea what they are doing. They don't know anything about expensive or any material for that matter. They can't even get a simple job done correctly. I mean really. Do I have to give a "1"? The staff here are so rude....how do you stay in business? They hiked up the pricing by 50% and when asking about the increase, I could hear a lady in the background shouting "There is nothing we can do for her!!". I know it is a family owned business, but come on, if you don't care how you treat customers, they will not stick around. There are plenty of other companies who need the business and who will treat their customers with respect. As soon as I said I planned to give a review about my experience, I understood why they still didn't care----I see everyone else has the same complaint. Really sad. read more

I used there services based on a recommendation from a coworker. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the delay. It did take a little longer to get the order and they where not ready by the time I was told on the day, only 20 minutes late. Part of the late order was on me because of back and forth with design. I don't know about a rush order but if you don't mind a little wait the price was the best I could find. The quality on the shirts is great and they look amazing. I got 24 shirts for my sales team at SolarCity and am very happy with the order. I would, and have, recommend them. read more

If you're reading the reviews for C&A, you might be considering hiring them for some of your screen print or embroidery needs. We've used C & A Embroidery for over 12 years, and we originally started ordering from them when they were located at Eastern & Tropicana. Our small construction company has used them consistently to keep 20 construction employees regularly supplied with logoed t-shirts, hats and jackets. I read some of the other reviews on here (before posting this review), and was quite literally shocked to hear how people felt about C&A. C&A is a family owned small business and the people have always been super nice. I'm sure someone can have a bad day. I've had them too just like we all have. Here it is though, the customer should always be put first, and I've never felt anything less from anyone at C&A. I'm giving you my opinion with this review (just as the others have) and I suggest you give them the opportunity to appreciate you as a first - time customer, and I think you will be pleased with the results. read more

Their prices are great and if a mistake happens (which is rare) they fix it right away. I use the sunset location mostly and couldn't be happier. So where do I begin with this company. I came in to put a rush order in for 24 shirts. This was on a Wednesday. I told them I need the shirts by 1pm the following Monday. They guaranteed they would have it to me. While I was building the art for the shirts the girl who was helping me didn't seem to know what she was doing. That should have been a sign. I told the company I needed to ship the order before 5pm Monday so I need it by 1pm. They were very quick to make shallow promises and take full payment from me. The day of the delivery come. I get no phone call. I call the company at 3pm. They say they will call me back in 10min. I call the company at 330. They say they will call me back again. I call the company at 4. They say it will arrive 4:30. Mind you I have to ship the product by 5pm. I arrive at the company at 4:20. I find myself waiting for my product until 4:50 p.m. What's worse, the product was not designed way that I had specified it. The girl said my logo would be a very small tag on the back of the shirt and it ended up being a 4 by 5 huge thing that made the shirt look ugly . I will never ever use this company again they are the worst at making what they're supposed to make on a professional level. Update. Looked at the shirts. They were cracked and the print was uneven. Went back to the store and fought my way into a refund. The owner was very rude. read more

They moved this location to East Sunset, across from the runways. I have spoken with their account reps out of the office, and they seemed personable. She gave me her card and said to call or email her with my project details and she would get back to me. It has been 9 months, multiple phone calls and emails, never once have I spoken to, or heard back from anyone at C & A. It is not my job to hunt down their employees, so I went to another vendor and get replies at 9pm on Saturday if they see the email come in. * Edit 05/22/13 * 18 months after my review, a rep posts a reply on here stating they never received my email. Just one. Not the multiple emails I sent. No mention of my voicemails, either. Oh well, this company has lost a chance for my business and will not get another one. read more

I went to this business on a recommendation from a co-worker. I am just commenting on the service that was provided. When I first entered the business they have sample shirts to try on if your not sure what type and size you are which is very helpful. I really do not like ordering clothes online that's why I think this is a great benefit. I was able to try on and order the polos with no problems. I was told to come back to verify the proof next week on Tues or Wed. Next week came along and no call so I called on Wed and they told me to come in Thur. I was ok with that so I arrived Thurs in the afternoon and it still hadn't been done. I had to wait about 15-20 min while it was being made so that was frustrating. They had all week and they didn't have the proof ready that takes 15-20 min. They redeemed themselves by getting the 5 polos embroidered the next day and when I came in that day I did not have to wait around. I would say that the staff was very friendly. I dealt with Claudia. Hopefully next time it will be a better overall experience and I can give a better star rating. And by the way the embroidered polos came out great but of course I have to see how they hold up so look for an update on this product. I just want to reiterate that if need your item right away do not go to this business. If you can afford some time, then its ok cause they provide a good quality embroidery. read more

UPDATE: 1/2/14 We got the garments back about 5 weeks ago and our logo had been rearranged. They had run the garments before I ever saw an art proof. I sent Mike an email and he was very reasonable and genuinely seemed to want to correct the issue. I've been told they are going to be ready today, and I hope that is the case. Mike told me that they were taking longer than normal to remove the incorrect logo stitching from the garments, as they were trying to do it very carefully to not cause any damage. I can honestly appreciate that, since the garments were over $600 to purchase, but this whole thing has been very frustrating, especially since it happened around a very busy time of year, which has delayed this correction even further. When they were at their old location on Russell, I worked directly with Mike (over the last 5 years) and never had issues. Now that they're in the new spot on Decatur, the service is horrible. I've never waited so long for artwork proofs before. My order was supposed to be completed on Friday and today is Monday and I have not heard back from them. When I call the shop no one answers, and I received responses to me emails UNTIL I called them out on the poor service. My items have not been embroidered yet and the closest they'll come to a refund is a store credit, but why would I ever use them again!? Now the only thing I can do is wait while they dilly-dally around and decide when they'd like to actually return a finished product to me. I was hoping to drop off more clothing for embroidery when I picked up this order, but now I will without a doubt GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They would REALLY have to work some miracles for me to feel like they corrected the issues. I've never had such frustrating customer service, or lack thereof. read more
