To sponsor a girls volleyball team in which mike about came unglued. this guy is seriously on drugs or alcohol, his store wreaks of smoke, or piss / beer looks completely unorganized. and like the other bad reviews, he is very rude. hangs up on customers, sends you to voicemail. can you be any more childish? Being born and raised in Vegas you always try to help out smaller business and I'm one of those people that is small business. I am a professional DJ and I contacted Mike Trotta to vectorize and create a logo for me in which he told me in the email that it would be done within 30 minutes I contacted him by phone and asked him how long it would take because I'm going to drive to him to get it paid for and get it all squared up so I could just drive up and get what I need and be on my way. The gentleman started to yell at me and accuse me of being some dumb motherf**ker from California that drives a Tesla and this isn't Amazon. He called me a f**king moron and told me that he doesn't want my California bullshit business. Like I said, I'm from Las Vegas lol I've never left a yelp review before, but I'm doing it to maybe get this gentleman some help or maybe to guide people to take their business elsewhere. I hope this gentleman is reading this and realizes his error. If I could leave a lower star rating I totally would! The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced.. Upon entry I was greeted with the thick scent of cigarettes and alcohol which is a huge no no for any business, let alone one working with cloths and fabrics. I looked around and behind a set of computer monitors came a snarky voice from a small man. I greeted him and he mumbled something and struck up a cigarette.... INSIDE... WHILE A CUSTOMER IS PRESENT... After explaining to him that I own a small local brand that's just starting up and asking him could I take a look at some of his price points, he told me and I quote; "Go somewhere else because this is not the store for you". To which I replied excuse me? And he proceeded with rudeness and murmurs in between puffs of his stale cigarette. Before turning and walking out I asked for his name and he responded I don't have to give you that, get the F out, we're closed now. Mike came through in a pinch on some vinyl stickers I needed made for a gift I was making for my sisters graduation. The quality of the print was perfect. Size, color, everything was exactly as we had discussed on the phone. Would definately recommend for your next vinyl project. My mom picked them up since I was at work and he gave her a few extra stickers incase I messed up, a vinyldude tshirt and some stickers for being a customer. The quality of the print on the short was great as well. Will be using him for some tshirts I need made as well! read more

I just called and spoke to "Mike" trying to get some vinyl for my son's classroom, and he literally just said "I think you're full of it and you're probably a competitor", and he hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & frankly he sounded drunk at 9am. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE. I attempted to contact "The Vinyl Dude". I couldn't find any hours on his website, so I called the phone number and it rang directly to him. I started asking him questions about his services, if he had the vinyl to do the job, the coloring, delivery times and so on. Out of nowhere, he says, "You're from California. I don't like people from California. Who do you think I am? You're f##$Sing employee? Go f yourself." Not professional. I wouldn't recommend this guy for anything, no matter how good he is. DO NOT USE!!!!! We have used Mike a few times in the past. I called last week to get the door changed at one of our offices. After a few back and fourth emails, he provided a proof and then I made a change he didn't understand. He said to call, which I did. He said he understood. He joked about his daughter being in town with the kids. It was clearly a friendly conversation. He said he was busy, but may go in over the weekend. Since it is Wednesday and the job wasn't done, I called to see when he could go in. He answered and said he ins't doing the job and i should "have a pleasant life", then quickly hung up on me.
