The two lovely ladies that you meet when you go there are the two most sincere and helpful people I have ever dealt with, and I am 73 years old so I've met a lot of them. You know you will be treated as if you were dealing with your own relatives, the ones you love of course. It is very unusual to meet a true craftsman at their trade, but that's what you find here. This is our family jewelers. I remember coming here as a kid with my mom to get watch batteries replaced. I remember coming here as a kid with my dad to pick out various presents for my mom. Same owners ever since. During this particular visit, I wanted to get my early Christmas present from Lovie resized: a cushion cut garnet surrounded by little diamonds. It was the most precious thing I have ever been given. Too bad it was about 3 sizes too big. My mom also wanted to get a new watch strap for her watch. They were able to replace it on the spot, and they asked, "Would you like for me to put it back on your wrist?" And she obliged. It's that extra charm that really shows that they care for their customers. During the week, they gave me a call saying that they were concerned about resizing my ring for fear that they would damage the diamonds on the band. I just told them to get as close to a size 5 as they can get...that I can always get a spacer for it. When I went to pick it up, the lady remembered me and said that they were able to resize it without a hitch! I was so happy, not to mention relieved. I love this place as do my parents. I can't wait to pass down this "jewel" of a place with my kids as well. read more

This was our first time here, and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Amanda helped us with 3 watch battery replacements. 2 of which were for MK watches. Location in the mall had quoted me $22 per MK watch, so I figured I'd shop around. Here we were charged $7 each! Glad I found this place, will continue coming back here!! read more

I don't have expensive jewelry, or a lot of it, but when I have needed a repair, I use D&D. I first learned about them from purchasing a ring at Mervyn's many years ago, and I needed it sized. They are family owned, extremely friendly, and do fabulous work. I recently took a silver & gemstone ring in for repair to reattach a butterfly that had fallen off. It was a difficult repair, but I knew they could probably do it. I was right! Thank you D&D!! I hope someday I can purchase something from your store. read more

My grandmother gave me her wedding band before she passed. It was dented and scratched. It looked awful. I brought it here to see what if anything could be done. I went there to get my wedding ring re sized. The ladies were great and their work is flawless. I was referred to them from a dear friend whose family had been going to them since they opened. I have now been a customer of the ladies at D&D for a few years now. My rings, my son's purchase for his girl friend's promise ring.. They were afraid to re size to a size 5 in fear of damaging the diamonds along the band... BUT they did it without a problem and it looked beautiful!! She loved her ring from my son and I loved my wedding ring ... I refer anytime and any chance when People speak of jewelry spot needed for repair and etc.. ! Great family business!
