The lady who assisted me was friendly and offered a reasonable price, so I approved the repair. When I picked up the bracelet, the staff noticed a missing stone. I showed them a photo confirming it wasn't missing before, and they immediately had the jeweler add a matching stone. Great service, friendly staff, and they made sure everything was right before I left. I'll definitely continue doing business with them.

I then gave the bracelet to my oldest daughter who absolutely loved it. Put it on her wrist and started to bend it to fit her wrist and she put to much pressure on it and broke the bracelet again! Ring 2 was my engagement ring. It is a band with about 20 small diamonds. One of the diamonds had fallen out. He replaced it. Ring 3 was my wedding ring. Since I had 2 other rings with missing stones, I had him strengthen the prongs on the diamond. He finished the repairs very quickly. I am extremely pleased and will bring a pair of earrings that need more secure backing.

I had a very valuable pearl necklace from my grandmother that was gifted to my mom, and the pearl strand broke. Paul examined the necklace and quickly assessed that it will need to be restrung and that the clasp is not damaged. After his assessment and me communicating how important it was to get it done the same-day due to another jeweler failing to compete the repair after two months of waiting, he shared that he can do it for us the same day and even waived the same-day fee due to the urgency of our request and the negative experience we had previously.
