Full set gel nails with designs

Nails and toes done for 135 with designs and full set. Didn't talk much but it was very clean. Pedicure was also very nice. Took about 2.5 hours. Nice place overall

    Deluxe pedicure

Just got a deluxe pedicure, it lasted about 45-50 minutes, honestly I don't know if that's good or bad. I got two massages which is pretty cool. The white wine helped me relax a little. Not bad, everything is so expensive now.

    SHIBAL

shibal shibal shiabal !!! i came here and wanted red french tip. he put the wrong base then tried yo force me to like it. #shibal #shibal #shibal

With the deluxe pedicure, you receive a complimentary drink.

I would highly recommend this nail salon. Now let me say off rip, this place is a bit pricey, so if you are looking for something in a low to mid price range, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for really great service, Skilled nail techs, and long lasting nails, then this IS the place for you. I went to get my nails done for a two week vacation to the Caribbean, and they were so accommodating and did an amazing job. I didn't get my pedicure tech name, but my nail tech was Brandon and he Accomplished the look that I showed him for my nails perfectly. The facilities were clean and they had several color options to choose from. The pedicure was amazing and the added massage and hot towels was the icing on the cake. I will definitely be returning to get my nails done again.

Kenny did a great job on nails!! I picked a bold color and was a little nervous. Another man helped me decide/talked me through options despite it being busy. Kenny got the shape just right and let me try a finger with Chrome. I didn't like it and I didn't feel bad at all letting him know. Thank you!

Nail polish all over my fingers, she did this so quick and rough it was horrible, not going back again.

Customer service was horrible, rude, and not friendly. Did my gel polish so rough and quick, definitely not going back.

My daughter visited this shop with her grandmother and $60 later she had a beautiful set of nails. Unfortunately after day 1, her thumb nail popped off. The nail did not break, the entire nail popped off. We do not live in Savannah, so I decided to wait. By day 3, she had lost 3 more nails and by day 7, she was missing 5 nails. These nails were not breaking or chipping, they were lifting off in one piece. I returned to the shop to inquire how we would be compensated for the nails falling off. The young lady I spoke with was very nice and informed me it would be $50 for a full set. I informed her that 5 nails total popped off from day 1 to day 8 and we were not seeking a full set, I wanted the nails replaced. She again said that my daughter needed a full set. A customer waiting intervened and stated the same had occurred to her however she lives close so she stated she had come back twice and this was her third visit for nails that had popped off, which they replaced for free. She as well was on day 8. After much back and forth and lots of patience, I felt that it was not appropriate to expect me to pay $45-50 for a fill and to fix 5 nails which is equivalent to a full set. I would have paid for 2 full sets in 8 days. I demanded that the remaining nails be removed FOR FREE. Finally After several minutes of confusion...I stated.. BEFORE YOU TOUCH HER HANDS I NEED US TO HAVE THE UNDERSTANDING THAT I AM NOT PAYING FOR YOU TO REMOVE THE REMAINING 5 NAILS......No one responded. I had to make my statement again and the male technician finally said "no charge, it's free". If you prefer to visit the nail shop every few days for nail replacement or paying for a full set every week this is definitely the place to be, if you prefer not then please go somewhere else. It's not worth the headache.

The orange glitter french tip full set

I had a really wonderful first time experience. This place was recommended by my boss. I got a full set done by Ryan. He pays very careful attention to creating his nails. I've never had such an even set that has a great shape and they look natural. The design he picked was super cute and done extremely well! I'm definitely returning to Ryan!

Park by the lot by the food court, it's the closest to the shop. - Vibe - Located in the food court area, SBB is well lit inside with a black and red theme. They have salon chairs lined up on one side and a make up wall on the other. It looked like a pretty extensive display of cosmetics, but not of any brand I had heard of, but then again, I don't wear much make up either. - TLC - She never told me her name, but I think her name was Chand and I'm only saying that because that's what it says on my receipt, unless both ladies who were present use the same ID on the register. My eyebrows were not terrible this time, but holy, Jesri was fast! I was already anxious because my two kids were with me and they were already antsy with the promise of some treats and some playtime at the indoor playground if they sat still while I got my brows done. I didn't feel like coming to the mall again later in the week. She was very personable too, making conversation as she did her thing. I really appreciated her efficiency and so did my kids. - Services - I personally got the Eyebrow threading for $13 and that's seems to be the standard price everywhere. They offer a variety of services, targeting only certain parts of the face or the Full Face and they offer various packages and memberships. Looks like they offer eyebrow tinting services as well. - Heads Up - Jesri got me at the cash! Haha. I couldn't pass up a good deal. They have this deal where if you buy a $40 gift card, your threading service that day is free. Also, the gift card never expires. It saved me $13! They also have this pretty sweet deal for $17.99 per month for unlimited threading. If SBB was a lot closer and if I had unruly, bushier eyebrows, I would have probably gotten that deal too. I have been threading my eyebrows for as long as I can remember and I refuse to remove/trim any other way. SBB is the third pace I've tried in and around Savannah and and so far, I like SSB the best.

I am maybe too trusting of people with my eyebrows, they did look a bit lopsided post this past visit, but I'm the one staring at them most often and I've gotten multiple compliments so they must've done something right. Eyebrows and tinting will cost you $25 and they're usually running a promotion to purchase a gift card for future visits at a discounted price. The tinting lasts about two weeks. The first time I loved it, the second time it was a little dark for me so I simply applied water to it early (typically you're supposed to wait 24 hours) and I liked the results. All in all, I've gone twice and will continue to return.

This is their Midtown…read morelocation, which I frequent because of the super convenient parking right out front--makes it so easy for a quick drop-in or last-minute appointment. The waiting area is welcoming and bright, with gorgeous white marble floors and large windows that let in tons of natural light. The space feels open and airy, and they've got a great selection of skincare products displayed alongside comfortable seating, so you can relax while you wait. The check-in staff are always super friendly and offer refreshments, which is a nice touch. As for treatments, I've had a few great experiences here. I've done a laser treatment on my face to help with discoloration spots, a Dermaplane (which is amazing for getting rid of that pesky peach fuzz that sneaks up as I get older), and their hydro facials are perfect for adding extra moisture during the summer months when my skin needs it most. You can easily book appointments online, or if you prefer, you can call them directly. I've also found that emails get a quick follow-up call within 24 hours, so they're always on top of communication. Overall, Glow Spa is a reliable, relaxing, and professional spot that makes skincare a breeze.

Glow med spa gave me a chemical burn after lying to me about the safety of a procedure on tretionin…read moreand then further attempted to lie after. I went in for a brow lift for a big event coming up in a few days, and while there, the esthetician convinced me to get a brow tint and a lamination. I asked her if it was okay to do since I am on tretinoin, and she said yes, the only thing I couldn't do was wax, so she plucked my brows instead. During the procedure, I asked if it was meant to be burning and painful, and was told yes. We even talked about me being on tret while the procedure was happening! My brows were bright red afterward and painful, and in the morning, I had scabbing in certain spots, red skin, and they were still very painful even without touching them. I very clearly had a chemical burn. After a quick Google search, I learned you should not do a brow lamination while on tret, and I called the spa, who told me I was wrong and there was nothing done at the spa that could have given me a burn. I did not believe them, so I called my dermatologist afterward, who said lamination should not be done on tret or any other retinoids. I am attaching my text conversation below with Glow Med Spa (I cropped out the beginning, which includes personal information) during which they tried to gaslight me into believing they had done nothing wrong and that I was experiencing a "personal allergy." They changed their tune when they realized I was not, in fact, an idiot, and had spoken to a qualified professional elsewhere to further confirm. I really am not the type of person to leave bad reviews. I have never done so in my life and probably never will again. But the fact that they tried to trick me after they gave me a chemical burn is just not acceptable. The burn that they gave me is thankfully not terrible but they have not only ruined a big event for me, the chemical burn could have very easily been worse potentially scarring me, and they were happy to lie about the entire thing.
