The price was very competitive. We had talked to people in the neighborhood that had used his services and loved how their driveway turned out. We had the driveway and several areas of the side walk the walkway to the back of the house and the patio replaced and enlarged. The quality of work is outstanding. All the workers are very professional and courteous. All the work areas were cleaned up every day. They even told us when they were blocking out the driveway for the concrete pour that the original contractor from the early 1960's shorted us on the width of the driveway at the bottom by the sidewalk. Now I finally know why for all these years I kept running over the grass at the lower middle of the driveway. They fixed that and now have plenty of room on the driveway. Also in the back patio after decades the patio kind of sunk and to get into the house it was about a 10 inch step up. With bad knees made it difficult for me to get in and out of the house through the patio door. They built up the patio so now I only have a 4 inch rise to get into the house. I love my new patio and the ease to get in and out of the house. I highly recommend Scott and Sons for your concrete needs.

The photos I attached show only part of the condition he left the property in. After receiving payment, Larry stopped responding and ultimately blocked me instead of taking accountability or addressing the issues. As a property owner who relied on clear communication and trust, this was extremely disappointing and costly. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend hiring someone else if you are considering renovating a property. This contractor was unreliable, unresponsive, and did not deliver the agreed-upon work.

The owner claimed that it was because and air filter was not replaced. A subsequent professional from Gallagher Heating and Cooling was called and determined that was not the case. During the time when our furnace was inoperable at the end of 2016, the repair professional broke a casing on the filter housing. At the time, he said he would call within two weeks to replace the casing. A call never came. When my husband called him, he changed his story and said he never broke the casing and that if we wanted a new one, we would have to pay. When we questioned this scenario he became irate and told us to find another contractor. To sum up, this contractor is duplicitous and is not concerned with stellar customer service. The owner only gets two stars because he was kind to my children.
