By the time we remembered that Pucher's was right in our town we were ready to give up. We are so very glad we went to "just one more store." Pucher's had many of the same carpet samples we had rejected elsewhere, but it also had others we had not seen. It also had Claudia, who provided a higher level of customer service, including a great capacity for listening to and understanding our pain points and offering suggestions. Her visit to our home to see the existing palette, review the paint color changes we were about to make, and to better understand our life style, was refreshing, and a very helpful game-changer. With her help we selected 1,638 square feet of carpet that hit all our important points and bought it at a competitive price. The Pucher's Carpet Installation Team was described to us as simply being the best. An easy claim but hard to believe without prior experience, so we were both skeptical and hopeful when installation day arrived. Carpet installers Tom and Dave were outstanding in every way. The installation plan was built to meet our needs for moving furniture; coordinating with our pool table experts to disassemble and reassemble our pool table on site; and maximize our comfort during the four days allocated for this installation. Tom and Dave were conspicuous experts in the use of carpet, padding, tools, skill, generosity and humor. We were amazed at the quality and speed of their transformation of our floors. Through it all they answered our sometimes-foolish questions with thoughtful answers that educated us as well as making us smile. We give Pucher's 5-stars for helping us make the best carpet selection for our needs, plus another 5-stars for having the Tom and Dave carpet installation team, whom they accurately described as "the best." Thank you, Pucher's-owner Ari Schabo, for setting such a high standard for customer care and service. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We can honestly recommend Poucher's without reservation and invite them to give prospective customers our phone number, or to bring them to our home to see the quality of their work first-hand. Respectfully, Robert and Darlene Schaefer

Bryan fits that bill We were interested in putting in a waterproof floor, either ceramic tile or vinyl, and Bryan was helpful in determining which one and the cost-effectiveness of each. Bryan managed to fit our timeline for the project perfectly. In about three days, he had leveled the concrete floor in our Lakewood, home, put down the red, waterproof barrier, put down a impermeable barrier between the red barrier and the vinyl flooring. Finally, the vinyl flooring went in in about a day and a half. All told it was about four days. When we noticed something that might've been a little bit off, Bryan was quick to correct it and super responsive. he was more than accommodating in our requests and his crew did a great job, especially in terms of cleaning up before they left. It's clear that Bryan understands not only the craft in his work, but how to treat his customers. We are thrilled with our new vinyl floor. I'll update this review with some more photos once I finish the rest of the project.

When I walked into Truly Carpets I was a bit overwhelmed by all the carpet rolls, but when I told Dennis what I was looking for he told me about new stock coming in. It was the perfect color, texture & a great brand.... AND there was enough for both rooms. Yippee! I REALLY wish I'd had Truly Carpet install -ALL- my flooring. Unfortunately I mis-took 'Discount' as kind of shady, sub-par, or sub-contracted. Shame on me, I didn't bother to ask them if they subcontract their installs =( My loss. Hindsight, now wish I'd had them floor my entire home..... Truly installed a marvelous, high-end carpet remnants in my 2 bedrooms, but stupidly I went with Lowe's for the Pergo & the install. Ugh! Lowe's, what a HUGE nightmare!!!! I should have asked Truly to find me stock, because they had much better quality (12mm vs Lowe's 8mm Pergo stock). Truly installers arrived and did an amazing job. The biggest blessing is that the installers are part of the family, rather than subcontracted out as Lowe's does (nightmare!) The project manager was so knowledgeable, teaching me what I should have known BEFORE I'd gone shopping. My home flooring is gorgeous. When it's time to resurface my floors I'll be going back to Truly Carpet & Flooring.
