Since I was a recent patient before with Airrosti I decided to give it a try. I was about 3 months post op when I first went to Dr. Yazmin Ruvalcaba. I had some relief, but I bruised and was really sore afterwards which is very expected since I was still recovering from my surgery. Dr. Ruvalcaba listened to all my concerns and focused on the areas I needed help with recovering. Alliston helped with my stretching and gave me exercises that helped with my strength and flexibility. Overall I went to 4-5 treatments. My ultimate goal was to get back to running and I'm happy to say I've completed two 5ks and a 5 miler since I "graduated" from treatment. I'm so excited and I don't think my progress would be where it is if it wasn't for Dr. Ruvalcaba and the Airrosti team! I hope she sees this to let her know she played a huge role in my recovery!

The woman on the phone was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. One of them being if I could apply my yelp account discount to my father, who does not yelp. She checked with her management and let me know that yes, they could and I didn't need to be there. When I spoke to my dad afterwards he couldn't stop raving on how professional and knowledgeable the chiropractor was. The practitioner was also able to refer my dad to two other colleagues he attended school with that practice where my dad lives. My dad was so stoked because the doctor also taught him some new stuff about his body + his brain/vocal chords (which my dad has seen many specialists for) that could be helpful with his future treatments. Finally after a hour and 30 minutes they brought me back. It took another 35 minutes to complete my DOT physical. Total time spent 2 hours 5 minutes. For a 1st come 1st serve Urgent Care. I do understand stand if someone has an emergency there should be priority. But no one in the waiting area had an emergency. Weird thing in the middle of my physical office manager comes in and asks if they had done anything wrong. She was asking why I had given a poor review. I thought to myself you are joking right? Overall review. Staff was friendly but poor online check in process and very slow service. Office manager said it was due to small staff. Two people entered at 8am. Me being first. 3rd person entered at 8:05 am. 4th person entered at 8:08am. 5th person entered at 8:15am. 6th person walked in at 8:35 am. These were all the patients in the waiting room and I was the first person to check in but the second to last seen. I hope corporate looks at these reviews and makes some changes to the online or QR code check in process. Not very user friendly. One more thing due to the 1.5 hour wait staring at the walls and listening to the wellness video on a 5 minute loop. I noticed how clean the waiting room was. Except one thing. The small play area for children. One small table with 2 chairs very clean. Then I looked down. Plastic clip together mat that was very very dirty. Not what you like to see at a clinic. I won't be back ever for a DOT Physical or any other service.
