I checked in and as I was starting to fill out paperwork, I was called back. I was barely able to finish my paperwork when a tech collected me for x-rays. I waited less than 5 min to see Dr McNutt which I'm sure that was only due to him waiting to review my x-rays. He politely introduced himself and quickly examined my arms' mobility. Immediately he determined the source of my injury, gave me a shot of some sort to relax the inflamation. He prescribed physical therapy and sent me on my way. It was an amazingly fast visit and a huge relief that he diagnosed my issue as I was suffering for months just hoping it was basic soreness that would go away.

Frank was able to find deficiencies in movement I wasn't aware of. We worked the issues with manipulation, strength and flexability training with all the best equipment in the office. Frank appears to be a little OCD about cleanliness and I appreciate this quirk. At the end of each session we finished with a massage and the feel good machine. I was able to avoid surgery because of the work we did. Frank gave me the best advice to purchase splints to wear at night. The splints keep me from sleeping with my hands and wrists in unhealthy positions. It has changed my life by raising my sleep score by 30pts daily. My advice is, at the least, try whatever Frank tells you to do. It will benefit you immensely.

I guess I'm used to waiting forever at the doctor's office, so this was a surprising change. Dr. Early and his staff were efficient, honest, and kind with their diagnosis and treatment. They recommended conservative measures for 6 weeks, ultimately against surgery, and spoke slowly and in terms I could understand easily. I told him and his assistant about another doctor I had seen and about the other doctor's recommended course of treatment, and Dr. Early was very knowledgable about why that wouldn't have been the best course. From the start, the receptionist made me wait 15 minutes just to check in because the patients ahead of me couldn't decide on an appointment. While that wasn't her fault, I was already late into my appointment time and had to step around them just to be acknowledged. Once I was finally seen, I made it clear that I was in a lot of pain, but they refused to provide any medication to help manage my symptoms. When it was time for X-rays, they didn't even have a wheelchair for me, and when I requested one, I was met with attitude. I also asked for a lead apron for the X-ray, as I didn't know if I was pregnant, and the tech tried to talk me out of it instead of just giving me one. After I insisted, I overheard her talking about me behind the door to the doctor, calling me 'a handful'--all because I asked for basic accommodations. Completely unprofessional. To make things worse, they told me the boot I had was wrong, but they didn't have one that fit me, so they told me to go buy my own on Amazon. No real treatment, no solutions, just "figure it out yourself." And then they said I might need surgery, but they won't decide until I come back in a few weeks--based on what kind of boot I buy for myself and how I wear it. I left no better off than when I walked in. No pain relief, no proper medical equipment, and the overall attitude from staff was dismissive and unhelpful. This place doesn't actually provide care--they just push you out the door with no real help. Avoid this office if you want to be taken seriously as a patient.
