In desperation I went back to one of the local places that said it was not worth fixing as there was a rust hole about the size of a quarter. I dropped it off at Judson's to fix a broken pully and it was done in 3 days. Not only did he fix the broken pully but put a plate in where the rust had been, painted the deck and put a new belt on for less then $300. Utterly amazing compared to my previous two experiences.
