They still have some sprucing up to do, and add some signage, but we found them easily and grabbed one of the many parking spots available. There are hanging baskets, flats of annuals and perennials, and greenhouses displaying all of their inventory. The thing I noticed was how reasonably priced everything was. We picked up twelve four-pack marigold flats to spruce up our deck railing flower boxes, mailbox and light pole, a nice mix of golds and yellows. Those 48 flowers cost just $16.95. We saw some other special pricing - 4" Premium Annuals for $2.95, 4-Packs of Premium Annuals for $9.95, Hanging baskets starting at just $9.95, and Vegetable plants for $0.99 or $16.95 for an 18-count flat. After we made our selection, we made our way over to pay and chatted with the friendly lady who completed our sale. Baggott may not have as much stock as some of their competitors, ut they were top notch in pricing, value, and customer service.

I was doing…read morea big project in my back yard this summer and found that they had a bunch of different plants to choose from I had them deliver 10 yards of mulch and a couple of yards of stone. The pricing was more than fair as I had them deliver more mulch to finish areas in my front yard. I have since stopped into the store for other things such as tools and light bulbs and I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. Great place to shop vs the Big Box stores where employees don't even look you in the eye.

We went in to rent equipment and were shocked by what we witnessed. The owner was screaming at both…read morecustomers and employees at the top of his lungs. Despite the chaotic atmosphere, we completed the paperwork and waited outside for our rental. A short time later, an employee came out and told us our order had been voided because the owner wanted us to leave. When I calmly asked the owner why, he became extremely aggressive and started yelling that we were rude, that he was rich and didn't need customers, and that we needed to get off his property or he would have us for trespassing. He was also yelling at other customers, telling them to videotape if they wanted and to leave if they didn't like what they were seeing. The entire experience felt surreal because nothing had occurred to justify that reaction. It was an incredibly hostile and intimidating environment. Watching the way the owner treated his employees was equally disturbing. He was calling them lazy and useless. I will never support a business where customers and employees are treated this way, and I would strongly encourage others to think twice before renting equipment here.

I purchased a sectional from Bob's in September 2024. From the beginning, the mechanism of one of…read morethe recliners was broke. After a repair person "fixed it", it still was not working properly and the chair was crooked. We looked at it ourselves, only to find out there was one screw holding the mechanism on and it was the wrong type of screw. What kind of workmanship is that? I did purchase the Goop warranty and submitted a claim because one of the sectional pieces is wearing. It is only one year old and used, maybe two hours a day. The fabric is wearing creating strings. My claim was denied stating it is "normal" wear. Why would anyone buy furniture at Bob's when after one year, the additional warranty doesn't cover unacceptable wear for one year of use?
