The prices here are less than I would pay at the dealer. I know if they find something wrong that Mark the owner will call me himself to tell me and ask if I want it fixed before he charges me. Brought my car in for an inspection (cost me $29 last year --- $21 for the inspection & the rest…read moreparts & labor for a minor issue. Asked if they could do an oil change but they declined...said they weren't able to do this on an Audi). This year brought it in for inspection again. They asked if I wanted anything else done - I said no. Charged me over $80 for the inspection (still $21) PLUS topping off fluids & removing (but NOT rotating) tires, etc. The bill also recommended oil change but said I declined (true, but now they CAN change oil on an Audi?!?!). When I challenged why the extra $60 of stuff beyond inspection was done, the owner justified it as that it is their policy to make sure car was in proper working order (including topping off fluids, etc.), that this was posted on their wall & said he'd talk to his staff to make sure this was more clear to avoid future "misunderstandings." $60 extra isn't the end of the world but this is obviously up-charging with a hand waving explanation. No way would I trust them with ANY type of repair.

The employee was so nice & quick with looking up what size wiper I needed. He told me about the prices of them & the quality of each. I went with the Rain-ex. He even went to get it for me instead of making me search like the last time I needed one. It took me a bit to find it. Then I asked him if someone could pop it on for me & he said he'd do it. It was $25.99 for a 26" Rain-ex wiper. I checked out very quickly & he had my old wiper off & the new one on in about 45 seconds. Very nice , young employee. Manners & does his job. More employees everywhere should be like him.

I take care of my own vehicles as far as repairs and routine maintenance so I like to believe that my truck is mechanically sound. I brought my truck in for a simple nys inspection and I strongly believe that my truck was tampered with in order for them to suggest a service job. After about 45min of waiting for the inspection, one of the kids came back stating that I had a leaky brake line.... which according to my spotless driveway was a concerning lie. But after refusal of work i get back home and all of a sudden I'm leaking brake fluid from the front driver side. I assess the situation and find a line that looked to be tampered with. I fixed the line and ended up getting my nys inspection done elsewhere. Now I understand things happen, and parts wear, but in this particular situation, something didn't seem right. These guys are untrust worthy and unprofessional. Take your vehicle to a trusted professional.

So once on Hinman, drive slowly and look carefully for the sign. Went here for Carco report for insurance. All these years in Buffalo and my father did not know of this place. They were nice, helpful and we were in and out super fast. We will be back for our inspections and other things. The customer service here really was a pleasure.

Well I drove another 15 Mi and then another 15 MI went back and he tested it and said nope you have to drive it some more well I got a cataract in my left eye and I can't drive it anymore another who knows how many miles??? I don't think he knows what he's doing I never heard of that before and now my inspection is 2 months overdue!! He has terrible reviews I noticed so I'm not just the only one he's messing around with.

They are practical as far as doing only whats necessary, while advising what the near future might hold for your car, so I could plan. If there is a way for the customer to save money they will find it. Whether it's a rebate or maybe the top of the line product isn't necessary but a mid of the road part would work ok with the car, they will inform you. However if that's not the case they will tell you too. Chris and Todd (father and son) are very capable, intelligent and down to earth business men. I trust them completely with all of my auto repairs.
