The staff that is present is a bit too friendly as they'll let a line of people wait while they shoot the shi$ with people. I've stood for ten minutes watching them joke around and converse. They always seemed to not have what I was looking for in stock. Weird things (not rare parts or anything but stuff like paint, oil/filters or brake cleaner). Their systems are slow and freeze up often. Tools are behind the counter so you have to know exactly what you're looking for and ask for it. This store is less than 5 minutes from my house but I will drive 15 to not have to deal with it. Absolutely horrible...

I picked up my order and then had an additional question for the employee there about a snowblower, and he helped out a lot. He went into great detail to try to help me and our situation here with a snowblower that suddenly just stopped working. He told me what to look for and let me know that they have parts and things that we need there for it. Gas line antifreeze was reasonably priced. And the gentleman was very helpful.
