Their location is a bit of a drive, but we were hopeful by their response and the overwhelming positive reviews. Well, we got a text the next day that our comforter was ready for pick-up. We felt discouraged, thinking that they were unsuccessful. But far from it... they even took the comforter out of the bag, inspected it carefully and gave us the thumb up. The stain was gone!! They even carried it out to the car. I was very dissatisfied with my other seamstress' work when I received my dress back and had to call around and a couple places turned me down due to the tight deadline and "sorry we don't touch dresses that's been altered already" BUT Ezzat thankfully told me to come in to see her. She pointed out that the original bustle of the dress was terrible (it was basically a piece of cloth, very thick and very noticeable) and also mentioned the dress needed to properly fit my body shape and show off my figure (the dress was basically a square on me) She quickly pinned the dress to the shape of my body and replace the bustles to the proper kind and gave me her reassurance that it will be ready before I leave in 2 weeks for my destination wedding. She finished my dress early! About 5 days earlier than the original appt she set up to pick up and it looked perfect! She didn't charge me a rush fee, and her price is VERY fair. While other places would've charged an arm and leg to get it altered I felt like Ezzat's price was very valuable! She also added little hanging straps to the wedding dress since she noticed there wasn't any which I very much appreciate I will be going back to Ezzat for any future alterations
