My wife and I have been going to this Massage business for a few years now and it's always been 5 stars! We generally get a deep tissue massage for one hour. The pressure fits our preference and they are willing to make adjustments to suit the clients needs. Their massage is thorough, going from head to toe and they focus on areas that may be tighter than others. They also add hot stones for no additional charge, which is atypical. There are businesses that will upcharge hot stones, oils, etc, but Oasis has it all included. This business has nice soothing music while getting a massage, it's very spacious and gives couples or individual massage. I am so happy I did for the first time. I was in perfect harmony and cannot wait till the next time I have the opportunity to come back. It was the perfect way to spend our day off on Juneteenth. I used vagaro, the online appointment scheduling platform for Harmony on Hope Massage, to book The Perfect Pair - Couples Massage for 60 Minutes for $240 with Matt Kenny and Nikki Seidman. The system was easy to use and there were plenty of availabilities so you can choose what date, time, and therapists works best for you. Just make sure to allocate enough time to answer questions related to your medical history and any specific areas you want the therapists to work on. Since making the appointment date to our appointment date, we received multiple appointment reminders via text and email. Our appointment was at 10:30 AM on Wed, June 19, 2024. We parked on the side street, but it looks like there is a small parking lot next to the building. We arrived to Harmony on Hope Massage around 10:20 AM and was greeted by Shannon, founder of Harmony on Hope Massage. She made sure all our forms were completed, informed the therapists we arrived for our appointment, and told us where the restroom was. In the waiting room, there was filtered water, mini zen garden, and the wall behind Shannon was decorated with handmade wood frames with crystals, feathers, and branches. Matt and Nikki came to greet us in the waiting room and welcomed us to a room with two massage tables side by side and two chairs with a table in the middle. We discussed what we wanted the therapists to work on, if we wanted the heat on the table, what to take off or leave on, what position to lie in on the table, complimentary hot stones if wanted, aromatherapy, pressure strength, and so much more. After our meeting, they left and we undressed and got on the massage table. We put our clothes on the hangers, rings in the ring dish, and a basket underneath the table. Soft music played in the room. After the massage was finished, the therapists left and we got dressed. The therapists met us and asked how we felt. My massage therapist felt I was tense in between my shoulder blades and released the tension. My back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders felt so relaxed, physically and mentally. This was probably the best full-body massage I've ever gotten. My favorite part was when my shoulders, scalp, and hips were being massaged. I also enjoyed the hot towels. Only the area being worked on was exposed from the sheets. From the check-in to check-out, the whole experience was marvelous. All the staff are very professional. Shannon charged us for the visit and we were able to Venmo our tips for the message therapists. Our therapists Venmo QR code was in a ring holder. I can't stop talking about this massage experience and looking forward to the next one.

I was seven months pregnant and my boyfriend got me a gift certificate for a massage. On multiple occasions I made an appointment through the website and then received a follow up email stating that the scheduled time cannot work on their end. I ended up not being able to get a prenatal massage before giving birth but went for a massage about three months after I had my baby. When I booked, I told them that my certificate was for a 90 prenatal massage, but I'd be using it on a 60 min regular massage. Prior to the massage I inquired how I would be compensated for the difference in either time or money as the prenatal 90 minute massage was significantly more of a cost than the massage I received. After taking my gift certificate at the time of payment, I was told I needed to email the owner for the difference in time. In my communication with the owner, she then decided to tell me the gift certificate was for a one time use only and I would receive nothing as a credit. I respectfully tried to explain that I wasn't looking for money back, but some form of credit towards an additional massage. She was rude and disrespectful to me via email and essentially stole my boyfriend's money knowingly ahead of time. If this was the outcome, she should have indicated it ahead of time when I originally inquired. She waited for me to use the certificate at approx 60% of its value before telling me I would not have any credit towards another massage. I would not recommend this practice to anyone moving forward.

Unfortunately, the facility has hit a bit of a decline lately. What used to be impeccably dry, clean floors are now prone to dust and hairballs, and it's gotten so wet in the wet sauna areas that they've just started putting out "caution" signs instead of actually keeping it dry. I've seen quite a few people slip. Even the "unlimited" towel perk has been downgraded to a strict two-towel limit, and the food portions and quality have shrunk exponentially compared to the cost they charge it at. That being said, there is one major saving grace: the Korean auntie who does the body scrubs. She is an absolute legend and deserves a massive raise for everything she puts up with! She's the main reason the experience still feels somewhat authentic and worth driving to. The rooms are also on the smaller side, so if you go during peak hours, it's definitely more "crowded" than "calm." Honestly, the only reason I still make the trip is that it's the only K-spa within a reasonable driving distance from Boston. If there were more local options, I'd probably skip the decline here and head straight to NJ or NYC for a higher-quality experience. It's still a decent option if you're desperate for a scrub and a soak without the four-hour drive, but I really miss the high standards they had at the beginning.
