That's what you get when you pay your invoices regularly and expect decent service from a sub par company that doesn't care about customer service. Try to get out of your contract - it takes months and months to fight with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And be very careful - they buy contracts from other trash companies and claim to inform you, but they don't. Apparently it's such a scam that people end up paying them out of frustration. And by the way - their customer service reps are so rude and inappropriate on the phone. It's disgraceful.

Truck lit up with flashing lights like a circus in the night time. Our bedrooms are almost in parking lot of this townhome community of Coventry Manor and noise is dreadful, waking all. H O states no trucks to arrive before 7 am and this woman driving truck does just that. Not able to speak to anyone in the office about this annoyance and disturbance of peace adds to my anger about issue. Definite affects quality of life in Waldorf, Md.

I purchased as dishwasher with removal…read moreof the old dishwasher and was told to call after I had the dishwasher installed for them to come and remove the old one. Now that I want to execute the dishwasher removal portion of my contract they are giving me the run around and saying they will not come to pick up my old dishwasher. I am in the process of selling a home and now have a dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen. Be careful with this business. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and will also be filing a police report to take them to small claims court.
