His price was far more affordable than any other places I received quotes from, and he was available to do the job immediately. Most of my communication was through text, which is what I prefer. I arranged for a Sunday morning pick up since most of my family wanted to go on a trip. My parents stayed behind to assist if needed. From what I was told, everything went smoothly. They were very flexible, but probably since it was one item. Texting also occurred later in the night, around 2100 which I didn't anticipate so I didn't see some of this messages. It didn't alter anything so it wasn't an issue for me, but something to keep in mind if you are waiting for a message, it may come later than you'd expect.
