H O states no trucks to arrive before 7 am and this woman driving truck does just that. For example, this year they decided to deal with Thanksgiving they would skip all their Wednesday customers until the following week. This left those of us who have our compost picked up on Wednesday with a full bucket of compost right before we went into the Thanksgiving holiday the very next day with large family gatherings. So now we have an entire weeks worth of compost in our bucket plus the compost from a large family gathering plus, we have to wait a week while we fill up our bucket before it ever gets picked up. I don't know what genius came up with that idea but it definitely does not show management's ability to walk a mile in their customer shoes.

I am extremely frustrated with the service--or complete lack thereof--provided today…read more During the initial pass, an American Disposal Service worker walked right past my trash bin while the truck was maneuvering. Because the truck was temporarily out of range, he simply left the trash sitting there. Moments later, the truck backed down the street and completely ignored my bin on its second pass. I contacted customer service twice regarding this oversight. Both times, I was explicitly assured that the driver was circling back to correct the mistake and empty the bin. It is now past 7:00 PM, and my full trash bin is still sitting out on the street. Missing a pickup due to a maneuvering issue is one thing, but being ignored on a second pass and then repeatedly misinformed by customer service is completely unacceptable. I expect the service I pay for to be completed reliably.
