alright i have been to the other big motorcycle shops in town and not only are they a bit pricey,…read morethey are always busy and you have to schedule repairs weeks in advance. for example installing and mounting front and rear motorcycle tires. and they did not have my tires in stock for my cruiser bike. so i found RPM and am i glad i did their prices are competitive, they do not have hidden pricing and are up front with all estimates, and got me in and out quickly same day service. now as if that were not enough, i bought my tires online and they used my item and just did the labor and went above and beyond checking my bike from front to back at no extra charge. they have friendly service and have definitely won my patronage from here on. all of my friends and fellow riders will get my endorsement for RPM as well (and come to find out they had my tires in stock!)

Required service maintenance on my bike are about $500 each. This policy is for 3 years and cover the service today and over the next 3 years, I have 5 more available at no further cost. I'm retired and I plan on putting as many miles on this awesome bike as I can. The policy IS transferable too! John Black was able to get us into a Yamaha Wolverine R-Spec for the price we had been quoted for the X2 model elsewhere. We asked John to give us an "out the door price", before we made the drive to Ardmore. We had some bad experiences at other dealerships with the old bait and switch. John even took the time to send us photos of the UTV's we were interested in. When we got down to the signing the papers we realized the the price was even lower than what he had quoted us! The employees at the dealership were friendly and professional. I've been very mindful during this COVID outbreak. It was reassuring to see an employee walking around and disinfecting surfaces. The entire transaction took a little over an hour. Test drive, paper work, cleaning the UTV, and loading it onto our trailer. We were given a swag bag with all kinds of goodies! Took my bike to get service and because there was an electrical issue from me putting the inner fairing on told him if it takes more than "1" hour to give me a call because it's $80 an hour. They've had it all week and when I decided to drive by there the bikes just sitting out front so I called him and he said his oh yeah it's ready. So I get there thinking I'm only going to be paying $280 instead he said it took 5 extra hours to find the problem so now instead of me paying $280 I'm paying $580!!!! Smh never once got a phone call to check to see if it was okay to continue wasn't able to tell me what was wrong with it. And then just to top it all off my kickstand is broken and there was nothing wrong with it at all before I took it there. I'm always willing to give somebody a chance but once you screw me over that's it. I definitely would not take a bike they're not even my 2 year olds bicycle.
