He decided to put it in the shop at Granbury motor sports... after specific instruction not to. They took the bike in knowing it didn't belong to the guy that brought it up there and with out contacting me the person that purchased the bike from them. They charged my buddy like 3000 bucks and he owes them 1100 still. I just found out that the bike was being held and they tell ,MY BIKE, that I DID NOT PUT IN THE SHOP OR AGREE TO USE AS COLATERAL FOR SHOP FEES, will not be given to me until he pays his bill in full. THEY KNEW HE WASNT THE OWNER WHEN HE BROUGHT THE BIKE TO THEM AND STILL ACCEPTED IT FOR REPAIR AND DID NOT CONTACT ME FOR APPROVAL.
