I went in a talk with them a week ahead and took my eifes truck on on Wednesday. I was told it would take a day to change the exhaust manifold gaskets and when I called that afternoon they told me they couldn't get to it that day and that was ok. I called the next morning at 10 o'clock and was told they were pulling it In now. My wife called me at 4 and said they still haven't called. She had to have the truck for work on that Friday so I told her to go down there and come to find out they didn't do anything to the truck. She talked to one of the mechanics and he just have her the key and said I guess you want the truck. I have never written a review for anything, but this was not only warranted but earned. My name is Aaron C. and I have a 2005 Silverado 1500 SS and being new to this area wasnt sure where to take it when my AC compressor went out, so I made a appointment with D&K. When I got there at 10am I thought is was just a consultation and It was and when I was telling them it was my only car so I couldn't leave it I had to wait so it needed to be a day it could be done in a day. As im telling her this my truck is already in the back being worked on. This is the part I hope someone reads, as Im waiting I seriously can't tell how many times I was asked if I needed anything and this came from everyone! Maybe they could tell I was nervous about my truck, I just got it from my father who had it for 20 years and we have done everything in that truck and two years ago put a LS2 6.1 engine it. Lets just say it means a lot to me, but for that day it seemed like it meant just as much to them as it did me. Not only were they polite but they have a team of technicians that are out of bounds!! They have every make and model covered, seriously a Technician for Chevy, Ford, Toyota and all with 10 plus years of Exp. but the best part of this was the level of attention this is Southern Hospitality at its finest. I was shown some of the speciilty cars they have done, leared about the area this list could go on for a while, and at the end I got to have a great conversation with owner. My AC compressor was fixed and 300 dollors less than the first place I took it to, not only that they discovered what caused the promblem in the first place. I found two things I didnt expect a permanent shop for my truck and a restored faith in there are still good people in the world. I believe you get out what you put in and at D&K they are all in, what more can you ask for. We brought a semi truck here for repair. They repaired the truck and then parked it out in the lot for us to come yet when we arrived the dome light had been left on and the truck was completely dead. It was 10 PM and they refused to send someone out to jump it. We were first to ask them if there was anyone in the area that could jump it for us for a price once we asked them that they were available for $350. If I didn't know better, I would say that, they left the vehicle here in this condition on purpose so that they can make another 350 bucks. Unbelievable. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars! We went in for a Jasper Engine warranty motor exchange. We knew that we would be responsible for some of the labor since they wasn't the original installers. We asked how much & was told "We'll take care of you". Lauren had promised us that the Denali would be parked inside every night because we have an expensive sound system. It wasn't. We could have made a scene about it. We didn't. Once the motor exchange was finished (9/5/24), I asked Lauren for an invoice multiple times. We started demanding that our truck be inside like she promised. On Saturday 9/7/24 Lauren messaged & asked if we could meet at the shop. They wanted to go over our truck. When we arrived they had the cops there waiting on us. At this point we still haven't received an invoice. The owner said he thought maybe $2300. We were told not to come back to the property until we had the money to pick it up. On Monday 9/9/24 they receive a check from Jasper in the amount of $1445. I finally get an invoice $2,470.45. After taking off what Jasper paid it left $1,025.45. I tell her it may take me a minute to get that type of money. Lauren then tells me that starting on 9/20/24 storage fees will start...$10 a day. On Wednesday 9/11/24 we picked up the Denali. When we started it, it made a loud noise. I immediately went in & told Randy. He said "if it continues, bring it back". The next morning 9/12/24 it doesn't start. The battery cables wasn't put on correctly. Later that day we called the shop & told whoever answered that they did our motor job & we were having some problems. That employee said "Sorry about that. Have a nice day" then hung up on us! It's throwing codes! Then on Friday 9/13/24 I see that they have a video of our truck. I asked them to remove it. They deleted my comment two different times. And they continued posting pics & videos of it. Ridiculous how this so called business is ran! Stay far away from them! read more
