I originally went there to get my new tires mounted and balanced. I decided to get a oil change as well as they weren't busy. My 2014 Dodge Durango suv was taken to the rear of the building instead of inside one of the bays. When I asked one of the staff why the work was being performed out back, he said to not make a mess in front... When the work was complete I was told my oil pressure light was on so they were going to drive it around the corner... The engine light was still on and the low oil pressure light was flashing after that test drive. I was asked if I wanted them to drain the oil and try a thicker oil, I refused that option. I was not charged for the oil change as an inconvenience curtesy.. I drove to the nearest grease monkey. I got another oil change and was notified that the pin plug was damaged, no washer ring and the oil pan was leaking because of it. When they removed the filter, it was not the correct on, new but not correct for the vehicle. The correct one had a plugger on the end and caused low oil pressure without it. There was only a total of two tire weights placed amongst the four tires, which both fell off during the oil change. I called discount tire and service in Greeley, their main store, only to be redirected right back to the store I visited. The guy told me "well we didn't charge for the oil change, but will pay for the one you got at grease monkey". Grease monkey did not charge me for the plug to be replaced and gave me a discount. So there was no need for them to pay anything. My concern is, had I not gone to grease monkey, how long would it have been before my oil leaked out and blew my engine? Trusting companies to preform work as a paying customer can be scary and costly when it's not done correctly. This was not a good experience for me so buyer beware!! read more

I've been a dedicated customer here for years. They have consistently made every effort to make me happy. Just yesterday I brought in a tire of theirs that was flat (I'm assuming by a nail), and they replaced it for free and renewed my warranty for free because it's been under three months even though the tire problem wasn't their fault. I went in with my new car, so obviously new tires! I had ran over something so I needed my tire repaired. I was told that it was not repairable and that I needed a new tire. They proceeded to be told that I needed to buy all new tires due to the threads on my tires. Really a new car?! lies! All because I am a women. Took my new tires in to be installed and the MANAGER had his guy tell me that they were tires for a car and wouldn't hold my trucks weight (2500 3/4 ton) so they were illegal to install and turned away my service. Sure as shit, took them to another corporate named shop and they are installing them as I write this and we did the research, my wheels/tires are built to hold up to a 3500s weight and are definitely not made for a little car. Review of E Bromley Discount Tire Store - Apr 2014 To begin I made an appointment online for 8am when the store opens. Before the doors unlock there is usually a line. I arrived early and waited in my car while the line formed, I had an appointment. After the doors opened it became apparent that having an appointment does not mean anything. This store is first come first serve so don't bother. After I explained the al a carte services that I required which was two breakdowns and one mount and balance my bill came to $160.00 plus. This is almost three times the amount of a standard mount and balance. These prices are ridiculous. Also, I think the counter guy helping me may have made a mistake but no action was taken to rectify. The counter staff in general seemed to be a little lost and in need of training. Overall, not a good experience as I still had to wait for over an hour. I had an appointment (hello). My previous experiences hade been okay, this store's customer service never overwhelmed me - coming here was strictly convenience. But based on this recent visit I may need to find a new company to get tires and related services. Good luck. read more

Like the shop, very professional people working there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying UNIROYAL TIRES! I purchased a new set in June 2016 and have roughly 10,000 miles on them. I was on the freeway and had a blowout on the sidewall of the tire. I changed it and took it to the shop and they informed me they had to contact their tire rep. If I was able to give this shop zero stars I would. If you are a female do not go here they will for sure try to take advantage of you. I went to this shop to get an alignment just before I went on vacation across the county. The alignment was done improperly on the back end of my vehicle. So improperly that it is now dangerous. I might be a girl but I know it was not right for two reason. 1. The car had no issues before going to this shop (I just replaced my front struts which is why I got the alignment, not because anything was wrong) yet immediately after leaving every time I hit the smallest bump in the road the whole back end would fish tale. 2. Since the alignment my best tires which where on the back since I just had them rotated are wearing out on one side of the tire at a ridiculous rate. To make matters ever worse when I looked at my paperwork I noticed that the whole section of the alignment printout for the back end was ripped off! Today I went to the shop to see if they would make it right. The owner of the shop was immediately rude to me and my boyfriend. He refused to fix the alignment. Called me a liar about the paperwork, even though he was not in the shop they day I got the alignment done, so he has no validation to call names and be rude. If you want a dangerous vehicle that endangers your friends, family, and the vehicles around you go here. If you want to be called names and be treated with the worst customer service I have personally experienced go here. The price might be right for tires but first you should ask yourself "Is my life worth saving some money?" read more

Yelp seems to have this business confused w/ the national Discount Tire chain. It is pinned on the map wrong and the picture looks like it's taken from the national chain...doesn't look like the actual waiting area. Discount Tire and Service is an independent business with a couple locations but not related to the national chain. It is located on east Bridge St. like the address states but Yelp has it mapped somewhere on west Bridge (west of Hwy 85). DT&S is located across the street from the Wal Greens and Napa stores on the east end of Brighton. I have had good service here. Tires were competetively priced. Staff is helpful and have assisted me with minor tire issues free of charge. Free rotation and balance w/ purchase once per year. I will always call them when pricing new tires. read more

I've come here a couple of times, had good service, very nice people, and generally good experiences. However, today I took my car in to get my oil changed. I asked if they could use the synthetic oil I already had in the trunk of my car and if so, how much it would be. They said they didn't usually do that, but they would and it would only be $27. Good, right? Fast forward to me picking my car up. I open my door and the first thing I notice is that the inside is smeared with oil. It's on my door, my seat, the steering wheel, the shifter, all that stuff. I then notice that my hood isn't closed all the way. I go to see why and discover that they had broken my hood release by forcing my hood up (you pull the release in the car, pull the hood up gently until a black plastic tab pops out, pull the tab, and voila, the hood opens.) I confronted the manager about it, very politely as I've never had an issue with them before and show him the oil on my seat and door, then explain that the hood release is broken. Instead of handling it like a professional, the manager tells me I shouldn't be complaining because he gave me an oil change for half the price (mind you, I never asked for a discount, I just asked what the price would be) and that I was being ridiculous. He tries my hood release and they breaks it further by forcing the hood up without pulling the tab again. He was very rude and refused to do anything about either problem. I told him that I was very disappointed in their service and that I would not be returning. read more

When I looked in my care they stole like 30 something dollars out of my car. I confronted them about it and they acted like I was lying. I will NEVER go there again! These guys are horrible. I bought 4 new tires from them. Went back some time later to get them rotated. They rotated them and as soon as I left my car was driving weird and making a loud humming noise. I drove back and talked to one of the managers. He said it was "probably" because the tires in the back had more tread and after driving they would wear down and the noise would go away. After driving for a few months the noise did not go away and sounded worse. Went back to discount and the guy said it was because my car "needed an alignment" even though it was driving perfectly fine before I took it in. He also said they would not replace my tires even though I paid more for the warranty on all tires because I couldn't prove the tires were put on wrong and that it wasnt because of alignment issues(again my car never had a problem before taking it to them). I've never had a problem like this ever after getting tires rotated. Also the fact that I paid for the warranty to cover my tires in case they were worn before the 50,000 miles limit is such a scam to make more money off the buyer with no intent on actually covering what they should. Will NEVER go there again and will be telling everyone I know needing tire work done to take their car elsewhere unless they want to be replacing tires well before the life of the tire is expired. I went to discount today to have my tires rotated and a piece of metal removed well they didn't rotate tires they just flip flopped them on the sides of the the truck which I can prove they said they couldn't find the metal so figuring it just came out while driving I said ok went home and here is where the proof comes in I get out and check the tires just to make sure the metal came out and what's this it's still there not only that it's no longer on the drivers side rear its on the passenger rear tire now and my passenger side curb rash is now on the driver side so I go back and the employe in the white shirt don't know if he's a manager or not argues with me about saying he checked the drivers side and it wasn't there but I have five witnesses that say other wise cause they pointed it out to me and I drove straight there and wants to cop an attitude because his tech doesn't know what he's doing or hasn't been trained to do the work properly or to industry standard and to top it all off the tech couldn't drive my truck to pull it back around when finished with the work even after I told him how to find reverse cause it is a six speed he also killed it once trying to pull it around and its a diesel so all he had to do was let the clutch out slow and idle it but instead he over revved it and dumped the clutch evident by the jerking that was witnessed so I was asked to back it out of the back my self because the white shirt admitted his tech couldn't drive my truck so be wary when seeking their business I will use a competitor even if it cost more so I can have a properly trained tech who can do the job right and to industry standards read more
