Best Mobile…read more Disappointed I didn't dive deeper into the legitimacy of this company before committing to them. My experience with them started with a $185 diagnostic charge. I called them at 4pm and they arrived at 10pm. The technician Carlton arrived in a slug bug (Not what I expect from a premium auto mechanic) looked at my 2006 Isuzu and in a matter of one minute "diagnosed" my truck wouldn't start because a defective ignition switch. I questioned how fast he diagnosed it and he said the sound my truck was making led him to believe it was the ignition switch. He let me know that the next day they can make the repair. 8am the following morning I got a call from a technician stating he was grabbing the part and would arrive at 8:30am. 10am came around and I received another call from the same technician that he had trouble finding the part, he now had the part and was on the way. 11:30am came around and I called to see why was going on. They acted as if I was crazy and stated that they never said they were on the way and that my appointment was for 5:30pm. Completely wasted my day waiting for them to play games with me. I made sure I was back home by 5:30pm just to have my technician Carlton again arrive at 10pm. Carlton again showed up in his slug bug. A hand full of tools and no light. I had to loan him a light and help him as it appeared he had no clue how to remove the dash. At this point I'm completely fed up with this company but I had paid them $557 for my ignition switch and $185 for my diagnostic. After he completed the repair the truck still made the same noise that led him to believe it was the ignition switch. He went under the hood, did something and now the truck started. I asked him what he did to make the truck start, his response "banged on a couple of relays". I asked him to show me proof of some sort of test to show me that the ignition switch was the problem and that it was now fixed. His response "the truck starting is the only test you need". What a joke of a technician. The next day of course my truck wouldn't start, when I reached out to Jen the supposed manager about where my situation was she responded with another $557 quote for a starter and said her technician made the mistake of not diagnosing the started and the ignition switch. They broke my dash, took advantage of me, won't own up to their misdiagnoses and now refuse to give me my money back. This company is a sorry excuse for a mechanic. As I now dig into their reviews I see people claiming they never left them the great reviews they advertise, people expressing the same frustrations as I have. This company is a bunch of Con Man.

When we realized the issue had progressed, we looked for the closest and highest rated auto shop, and found Jon's Repairs. Running on no coolant and an overheating engine, we barely made it to the shop. Luckily, Jim and Joanne were able to help us right away, and parts were ordered quickly. Without a car, and stranded, Joanne offered us a ride to a hotel while we waited for the car to be fixed. That next day we were informed that the issue was fixed, and we were on our way. The owners and staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and the price was fair for the quality of work that was done. Horrible!!! Used…read morethem for possibly 5 yrs servicing 4 different cars. They are good at general mechanics. But complex, No!!! Here are 4 situations that made me see new mechanics: 1.) 8 yrs ago, I overheated the engine and cracked the block on my 1984 Landcruiser. They rebuilt the engine, for about $8,000.00. While in the process, Tim claimed the bottom did not need rebuilding. So they closed up the engine. But I was now burning oil. 2 Qts/ 500 miles. They refused to fix the problem. Tim blamed that I told them to not rebuild the bottom end of the engine. (Ask him about it!) 2.) Just last month, Feb 2026, the catalytic converter on my Landcruiser started to fail. They installed that about 6yrs ago, for about $1,200.00. 3.) 2006 V70,Volvo had a small radiator leak. I brought it in each of the 2 times the Low Level light went on. Each time, they could not find the leak. The 3rd time I brought it in was because the radiator blew and the car overheated. I told them to check that I had not cracked the block before repairing the radiator. They repaired the radiator first., about $1,200.00. Then determined the block was cracked. (Rebuild by Swedish Motors was $6,000.00.) 4.) 2009 S80 Volvo. Had them look at this car to see if it was safe to buy, for my 17yr old daughter. The results of their inspection was "it's in great shape". 1 yr later the transmission went. And I found out that this was the one yr Volvo used a Ford impala transmission. No replacement parts, used or rebuilt transmissions were available, per Swedish Motors. I had to scrap the car. When I confronted Tim and Tyler that they should have known this about this model they said that was something I should have known about the car.
