The staff are pleasant and they've gotten me and my wife in very timely on drop in requests so no complaints there. However, I took my wheels off the other day and the torque spec from Toyota is 97 LB FT for aluminum wheels They torqued my aluminum wheels to well over 150lb Ft. 2 years ago I ran a marathon and last year I deadlifted 550lbs so I'm a fit person and I had to use a breaker bar on my lugs. Absolutely absurd, I hope they didn't torque my wife's wheels that much cause there is no shot she's getting her wheeel off on the side of the road if she gets a flat. We have been loyal customers at this location for years and have always loved the service and staff. However, about 10 months ago, things started to change. Every time we visited, we were told that our vehicles needed work. While I initially accepted it, I always felt it was unnecessary until this past weekend when something really felt off. On Saturday, my daughter bought a brand-new vehicle with just 94 miles on it. While driving on I-76, she got a flat tire. We took the vehicle to Firestone and asked them to inspect the tire and give us a quote for replacing it. We left the vehicle and a few hours later, they called us back. They informed us that since it was an AWD and the tread was a 7, we needed to buy four new tires because the hole could not be patched. My husband pointed out that it was a new vehicle with new tires, but they insisted that it meant we still needed new tires. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was not happy to see it in the bay with the hood up. I asked why it was like that, and they told me it was just a courtesy look. I asked for the information about the tires in writing so I could take it to the dealership to address the issue. While loading the tire into my vehicle, a second person helped us out. He seemed more knowledgeable and was polite. He explained the issue and confirmed that the tire needed to be replaced. I told him I didn't have a problem with replacing the tire, but I was upset about being told to replace all four tires on a brand-new vehicle. This second gentleman checked the tire tread again and found that it was indeed where a brand-new tire should be, not a 7. I can give this second gentleman 4 stars for his assistance, but I cannot let the rest of the experience slide. We took the tire somewhere else, and they confirmed that not only did we not need to buy four new tires, but the tire was also repairable. They put it in writing that the tire was safe. read more

They do not stand behind the products that they sell. 60,000 mile tires that do not last even a fraction of the guaranteed mileage, and they will not replace even at a pro-rated rate unless you buy an even more expensive warranty - that they will not tell you all the details about until you have a problem later on. I had an appointment on Friday, when I arrived they asked me if I would come back on Sunday @ 10. I came back at 10 and at 4 my car was just being pulled in the bay. I was told appointments don't mean anything other than a spot. The oil change was far more expensive than I was quoted. I specifically asked for non-synthetic oil and they gave me synthetic. After all of that they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to be a preffered member. Worst experience ever. read more

Dropped my car off at 9am for an oil change, was told two hours. 11am comes and goes I call at 12pm to see what is going on, they tell me they stripped the drain bolt and order a new one an hour before. I ask why was I not notified or anything, I get the reasoning of there is only two of us here. I then call two and a half hours later again for an update. At this point Dominic tells me they got the bolt and just need to put oil in and will be another 30 minutes. So my wife and I drive down to pick it up walk inside the building, gentleman sees us behind the computer his was using through the glass door as my wife and I wait a couple minutes. I walk up to the door and am met with a finger telling me to wait a minute. When Dominic does come to the counter we are met with a what car are you here for. Not a hello not a sorry for the wait nothing. We pay for the change just tells us we will get the receipt on email, we are charged for the bolt they stripped. This car mind you has only ever gotten oil changes from this location. Needless to say I am no longer coming here. read more

This review is based on my experience with this particular location. I visited this location over the summer that ended up with a bad experience. It went from a guesstamation of roughly less than $200 for some a/c repairs and a time of 90 minutes to almost 5 hours later and almost $600 which in my opinion that they were guessing at what was wrong with the a/C. In the end when they did finally fix it ,the fix lasted less than 30 days and I wound up taking it to the Firestone I normally go to. So on this particular day I was off and trying to get in for an oil change and tire rotation, and unfortunately I had no luck getting in anywhere else so I thought I would take a chance on this location. They advised me that if I came in between 1 and 2 I could get in with the stipulation that it would take about 60-90 minutes. All good. So I went in around 2, unfortunately I was quoted over $100 for an oil change and tire rotation. First, I have never been charged for a tire rotation especially since I purchased Firestone tires and 2nd the price of the oil change was almost $40 more than price I pay. He explained that it was a difference in the oils. He did make some adjustments to tye price which helped and I agreed for him to go ahead with the work. So after around 75 minutes I approached the counter to see what the progress was and he advised me that once they pulled it in it would ONLY be around 45 minutes to complete the work, but he didn't know when that would be. And that's when I said to cancel the work order and make other arrangements. So take your chances but, I won't be back to this location again. read more

I dropped my vehicle off on 04/01 with a report it was stalling while idling at a light. I was advised my evap emission control had a very small leak and system malfunction. I also had a positive battery terminal installed, a pressure test for the cooling system, a smoke test and a recommendation to replace the water pump. It was also recommended to have replace the upper radiator hose and brake fluid exchange. This bill was $1101.40. On 04/12, I was driving to work and it died, losing all power. I had to have it towed and had it delivered back to Firestone. Then I was advised I needed a new battery cable but the part was discontinued. The part was ordered from NAPA per Paul, but the part did not show up until 04/17. I was notified by Firestone my vehicle was ready for pickup so I went to pick it up, paid $344.74 and the vehicle died twice on my drive home. I immediately returned to the shop, talked to Paul and he took it for a drive but said he couldn't get it to stall and that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I picked it up and did not drive it long distances over the weekend and probably did a total of less than two miles. This morning, 04/19, I was driving it to work and the vehicle died again at a stop light. I called Paul and he said he didn't know what to tell me since he couldn't get it to die. I am asking for the labor I have paid thus far to be 100% reimbursed but I am willing to pay for the parts. The 04/01 invoice totaled $724.95 in labor and the 04/12 invoice totaled $149.50 in labor. This adds up to $874.45 that I paid for "labor" only to have the exact same problem occurring and an auto repair shop that can't figure out how to fix it. read more

Came in at 4:30 after speaking to an employee about what would be a good time, patiently waited until 6 at which point no one had looked at my car or brought it into a bay asked if they had a time frame estimate to be told that maybe at 7 o'clock they could look at it. I didn't ask for anything to be fixed just to see if anyone could tell me what a noise coming from the car could be. Ended up getting my keys and leaving after the techs just stood around and looked at me instead of getting any work done to the one other vehicle that was also there. How the hell they are still in business is beyond me. Sad that I even have to give the one star. read more

I wouldn't have even left a single star but I had no choice but to leave one. Went in today to see if they were able to accommodate patching a tire. The lady was rude as all can be and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by showing up to provide them business. Will never go back and most certainly will not use their service. Had no other choice but to see if they had anything available or could take the 5 minutes it takes to fix it they are the only ones open on Sunday's. Walked in and walked right back out. read more
