We needed work done on our old Pace Arrow, and an acquaintance strongly recommended this business. I gave a call and spoke to Ryan for a while. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. I didn't feel rushed or condescended to, or treated like I was some ignorant RVer who knows nothing about my rig. The truth is, I *don't* know much about our old rig or its myriad workings. It didn't matter to Ryan; nor did it to Harold, whom I spoke with in a subsequent call. That was very important to me. I've had many dealings with mechanics of all stripes, and I can say categorically that most are asses. They'll talk down to you; and then, because you are ignorant about carburetors or fuel injection or seals or brakes or what-have-you, take great delight in ripping you off. That didn't happen with Harold and Ryan at Brookings Harbor RV. We made an appointment with them; they consulted with us for free (Harold actually came out to take a look at our rig and answer questions, free of charge!), and then, with the appointment, did a wonderful, efficient, and friendly job. We're very, very pleased with their professionalism and honesty. Businesses are like people. Most suck. Which makes the good ones stand out even more. When you find a good business--one whose owners and employees truly care for their customers or patrons, you hang on to them, and you recommend them. Brookings Harbor RV is one of those good businesses. We'll be calling them the very next time we need our old girl looked at.

From my initial contact with Third Eye, Marcus was easy to talk to and asked me questions to make sure he understood the situation. When he arrived, one could tell that Marcus was very attention to detail and approached the problem methodically. You can tell that he was very experienced in the workings of RVs. In our situation, we were working with a Vroom Slide Out system that was upgraded 2 years prior. He worked with Vroom to understand their system uniqueness and had me back on the road quickly. We have an RV, and we're traveling through Oregon. We replaced the couch in the RV, but the…read moreplatform wasn't deep enough to allow the chairs to sit far enough away from the wall to lay it all the way back. Searching for repair professionals near Roseburg we found Higher Dimensions on google. Higher Dimensions was able to fix the recliner issue and the chairs sit perfectly now. We had a drawer rebuilt by a cabinet shop in California, and hadn't t tried to reinstall it yet. When we did we discovered it was made it 1/8" too wide. Jesse, at Higher Dimensions was able to fix that issue also. They also replaced the screen in our RVs screen door. No job was too small. Wasn't sure they worked in RVs and Travel Trailers but they took on the jobs and completed them fast. If you need a licensed and insured contractor to do repairs, look no further. They aren't just for home repairs, they did a fantastic job on our RV.
