Bauer was extremely rude, demeaning, and angry bc he was called out for these multiple attempts at padding my invoice. He got away with the bulk of it by refusing to allow me to pay what was agreed and wouldn't return my vehicle though i'd driven 4 hours to pick it up on Christmas Eve. They always give good advice and never try to up-sell you on work that you don't need. And when you do need work, their prices are very fair. Their oil changes are very quick too. I am usually out of there in a half hour. Today I came in because there was a burning smell coming from car. Even though they were busy, they had my car up on the lift in 15 minutes. It turned out I had a plastic bag that caught on an exhaust pipe underneath the chassis. This place is an overprice Daddy's hand me down with no integrity or customer service. They only get business because their location.
