He has already doubled our out-of-pocket bill and we have already had to call out two different companies to put a bandaid on our system to give us temporary relief and have paid over $1000 between the two. We have a disabled 5 year old that we have had to buy portable A/c unites to keep cool. That has another $500. Why won't this guy answer our calls, the calls from our insurance and why does he come up with excuses to not show up? Is it a race thing? Is it because we're short, round and brown? We then left messages on their website, no response. We have called every day and no response. We have suffered through high temperatures and eventually had to buy a portable AC Unit at $600. Unfortunately it doesn't cover the whole house. We are miserable and so is Caledonian's service. Do not use them.
